The scandalous problem of the USA in the early 1970s

Many people consider America a brutal and barbarous country. There are reasons for this. In its relatively short history, the US government has repeatedly deployed military campaigns against other peoples and states. In particular, in the early 1970s, the United States, together with South Vietnam, invaded Cambodia.

This event caused a flurry of discontent among American citizens who did not want their loved ones to kill innocent people. Soon, throughout the country, protests began to break out, aimed at withdrawing troops from Cambodia. At the same time, the hottest rallies took place on the territory of campuses and universities.

Confident of their abilities, the military started shouting at the protesters, ordering them to leave the square immediately.
