Do you need soy sauce when dieting?

To use soy sauce in a diet, you need to seriously approach his choice. At purchase it is necessary to study in detail a way of its preparation. Quality sauce should be prepared by natural fermentation, as part of its ingredients should be soy beans, water and miso-paste. The consumption of soy sauce per day should be limited to two tablespoons. A large amount of such a product can lead to unpleasant consequences.

Also consider the food products from soy, which can be eaten with a diet. These include: soy flour, butter, milk, cheese (tofu) and soy substitutes for meat. Almost all these products are created from the beans of this culture.

Here are a couple of examples of dishes based on soy. For example, a salad of Tofu cheese. You need to take about half a kilogram of cheese, a couple of sweet peppers and a medium-sized bulb, a gram hundred. Finely chopped parsley and four tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise. All the ingredients are finely chopped and seasoned. Suppose also a dessert from tofu. You need to take three tablespoons of jam, tofu and three walnuts. All grind, place in the oven until a ruddy crust, after a little cooling and pour with jam.

Soy itself is a unique source of protein, which is easily absorbed by the body without leaving a trace on your waist. A hundred milliliters of soy sauce contains only fifty-five kilocalories. From the above, we conclude that eating soy sauce with a diet is a very rational decision.
