Alexey Stakhanov and the Stakhanov movement

The Stakhanov movement is one of the forms of socialist competition in the Soviet Union. Stakhanov Alexey Grigorievich acted as the original progenitor of this competition. He was the first to submit to an unprecedented result. On the night of August 30-31, 1935, 102 tons of coal were cut down by his efforts in one shift. This productivity exceeded the norm by 14 times. It happened on the territory of Ukraine, mine "Central-Irmino".

For this his labor feat Alexey Stakhanov was originally awarded the Order of Lenin, and in 1970 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.

Immediately the Stakhanov movement was picked up by the miners. And later, all the rest, including workers in heavy industry, took up this task . Throughout the country this competition was led by the Communists. For example, after the exploit of Stakhanov A. Busygin, who was a blacksmith of the Gorky Automobile Plant, forged 966 crankshafts for a change . It is worth noting that the norm at that time was 675 units. So Busygin, as well as Stakhanov, was the record holder in his field.

I. Gudov, a miller from the Moscow plant named after Ordzhonikidze, exceeded the daily norm by more than four times. More precisely - by 410%. The namesakes E. and M. Vinogradov reached Stakhanov's records in the textile industry. They managed to serve 100 machines simultaneously.

In general, by 1937 the Stakhanov movement had captured about 22% of agricultural workers. In turn, this led to extraordinary results. The growth of labor productivity increased by 82%, and the increase in industrial output increased by 79%.

It is also believed that the Stakhanov movement became one of the determining factors in the victory in the Great Patriotic War. In her years many other formations were separated from the Stakhanovite movement. In the first place - it's thousands of thousands. The first of these was the milling cutter D. Barefoot. He managed to meet the norm by 1480%. In general, the thousanders are those who fulfill the norm not less than 1000%. And, despite such figures, these people were really many. Almost all production was held by them.

In addition to thousands of thousands were also speed skaters - those who exhibited the most minimal time for the implementation of certain norms. These included M. Zinnurov, N. Bazetov, A. Chalkov, who were considered to be real masters in the field of high-speed melting of metal. V. Seminsky also excelled in high-speed work with metal, only now he was a carver. A gang of slaughter-speeders L. Golokolosova played a very important role in the liberated Donbass.

All this resulted in the fact that, despite the most difficult conditions, labor productivity in the USSR during the Great Patriotic War increased by 121%.

It was in these results that the night turned out on August 31, 1935. But at that time the mine "Central-Irmino" was considered an ordinary, but Alexei Stakhanov, with the help of his deed, brought it to a completely different level. Now about her written in every school history textbook. And Stakhanov himself is immortalized in the memory of people as a true hero.
