Its formation occurred in connection with the disintegration of other Nazi groups, whose activities were suppressed by the police. These criminal communities were already called Mad Crowd, the second grouping was called "Schultz-88". The remaining members of these groups gathered together with the help of Borovikov and Vojvodina, and additional participants were also recruited, who were not previously part of the Nazi groups.

This time Alexei Voevodin, the leader of the gang, decided to act differently. He forbade his subordinates to shave their heads, wear any kind of uniform, that is, outwardly members of the gang did not differ at all from ordinary citizens of the country. Their appearance was no longer so noticeable for law enforcement officers, and therefore, it was much more difficult to catch them. This pump gun was painted with various Nazi patterns, swastikas, slogans calling for extremism. The weapon belonged to Borovikov, when the operatives went to arrest him, then as a result of the shooting, he was shot, and Alexei Voevodin was detained.

Investigation and court

Practically, they confessed to all extremist violations of the law. The investigation tried to find out when the group actually committed certain crimes, and when they were committed by someone else. During the judicial investigation, Voevodin repeatedly tried to delay the process, including trying to commit suicide right in the courtroom.
