Not so long ago, just over three years ago (on February 4, 2013), "First Channel" premiered a brand-new, twentieth-series film that was not similar to the others. Actors of the series "Grach" were already familiar to viewers in their previous works, but the more interesting it was to see their new reincarnations. And despite the fact that the film was shot based on the French TV movie (and there is an opinion that the tapes adapted for the Russian viewer are not always successful), from the very beginning she found her niche in the hearts of a multi-million audience.

Story line. And life, and tears ...

The police are conducting an operation to release the hostages. In the course of these complex actions, Major of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Grachev (actor Pavel Trubiner, whose films "Holiday Novel", "Just Come Back" and others looked at hundreds of thousands of spectators) received a very serious wound - a bullet to the head. Doctors failed to perform the operation to extract it. Sergei survives after a clinical death. After he saw the notorious tunnel, along which the dead go to the best of the worlds, his whole life is drastically changing. Grachev now sees the ghosts of dead people, whose murderers have never been found.

Based on the clues given to him by the ghosts, the major begins to review the old cases. And he uses his new abilities for this.

Simultaneously with the trial in old cases, Sergei tries as best he can to help the relatives of the victims and at least to establish relationships at work and in the family.

The wife of Sergei Svetlana, despite the years spent with him in love, decides that together they can no longer be. She takes her daughter and leaves her husband.

Both colleagues and many of his friends are convinced that Grach (as friends approach him) has become insane. To the same thoughts and often evoke symptoms: Sergei is almost constantly tormented by severe headaches. The result of all this is the removal of the major from his position.

The actors of the series "Grach" very carefully created around Pavel Trubiner an invisible cocoon so that he could play his character as easily as possible. And he tried. Over time, his hero Sergei could hardly control his gift. More and more often he feels pain and aggression. The major is almost crushed by the problems that have fallen on him.

The actors of the series "Grach", have done quite a serious job before they started shooting. This was necessary, because the genre of the twelve-part film was an absolute novelty for the domestic cinema. This is not a simple detective (in the usual sense of the word understood by the average person), but mystical, because the main character, Sergei, after a serious injury, learned to see ghosts.

Pavel Trubiner, whose films have already been seen by the audience more than once, before watching the filming in this series, looked a lot of different thrillers, which talked about ghosts and otherworldly phenomena. He tried to figure out how to correctly play him in the scenes with the character, which in the frame is just not observed. Then the actor told me that it was quite strange and difficult, because during the shooting he talked to himself.

Is the captain a friend or a new love?

Although there are more than enough difficulties and troubles in the life of the protagonist, one person is close to him who takes everything that happens to Sergei very close to his heart. At this difficult time for him, alongside him constantly his subordinate, the beautiful captain Darya Okhlopkova. She was beautifully embodied on the screen by a young actress Svetlana Ivanova. "Rook" - this is another work of a talented girl who is known for her roles in other, no less popular series and paintings.

According to the story of the tape, Daria very much hopes that her boss will answer her love. She believes in his gift, believes that he is able to help people and unravel old unsolved cases. Some rapprochement with Sergei Grachev occurs only after the girl is captured by criminals who killed her father in the troubled nineties. In one of the series, the specter of Dasha's father comes to Sergei and asks for help in uncovering his murder. It's Daria who is loyal to Grachev and becomes his chance to have a happy life.

The actress told me that to work in this series, she learned to shoot a pistol from Makarov. In addition, the weapon in the frame of her was real.

And once a major man manages to help a very important person, so a special department has been created for the policeman with such extraordinary abilities.

Characters and performers

Grachev's boss on the show is MVD colonel Pyotr Mikhailovich Volkov. Igor Starosel'tsev embodied this character on the screen. The actor, who has been a well-deserved artist since 2002, has been in the profession for three decades, and each of his roles is a small masterpiece. In the series, he is a rather strict boss, but just and listening to Sergei's opinion.

Another real policeman in the picture is the captain of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Dmitry Kirillov. Actor Alexei Longin, who played it, is still relatively young (he turned 40 in the summer), but the quality of his play leaves a very juicy aftertaste.

Although the action of the series is happening these days, for the filming of one of the episodes, the requisitioners lost their feet, looking for the necessary inventory. They worked on the stage about the war. The filmmakers had to find a military uniform and equipment so that everything was "in fact". Thanks to their efforts, the film in the film turned out.

In the episodes where it was necessary to shoot shootings, fights and races, actors, as a rule, replaced doubles. But Trubiner did almost all the tricks on his own.

For the actor Ivan Okhlobystin, who played in the TV series maniac, the most difficult was the imposition of makeup. Every day it took up to an hour and a half, but then the world was the face of one of the most repulsive criminals of our time.
