Approximately 300 grams of beets, we cut into thin strips, the same way we do with the root of the celery, put the cut vegetables into the saucepan and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. There also add oil, a drop of water and stew on the non-rapid fire under the lid for 45 minutes. Do not forget to stir our dish from time to time - it's almost ready! After 40 minutes, add a tablespoon of sifted flour, mix everything thoroughly and pour a glass of strong (thick) fatty sour cream. Our beet, stewed in sour cream, is ready! This dish is not just very tasty, but also extremely useful.
