A walk in kindergarten as a method of developing children

Sending a child to a kindergarten, few parents think about the benefits that he can get from staying there. Mom seems that she is just trying not to leave the baby unattended and provide him with communication with peers. But everything is much more serious.

Each preschool educational institution works on the approved program of education, upbringing and development of preschool children. It takes into account everything: both the mental development of the child, and the physical. There are special volumes of work related to taking care of children's health in kindergarten. They include developing a diet of proper and healthy nutrition, performing a number of physical exercises aimed at developing all muscle groups and internal systems of the body. And special attention in this direction is given to the presence of children in the open air. A walk in the kindergarten is a systematic and carefully planned process. It includes:

  • Observations of living and inanimate nature ;
  • Physical exercise in the fresh air;
  • Games of high, low and medium mobility;
  • Training new types of movements (throwing, jumping in length and height, running at speed, etc.);
  • Independent activity of children.

No one walks in the kindergarten without the training and development of the child. Just imagine that your baby, going out into the street, with the help of an experienced adult learns to "hear" and "see" nature! He hears the chirping of a sparrow, sees how every day in the autumn his color changes, how the berry ripens on a small improvised bed; Understands that the wind is weak, strong and impetuous, learns that the snow consists of carved snowflakes, each of which exists in a single copy. Every day the kid learns something new and remembers new words-descriptions, enriching his vocabulary right there and then, on the street. Agree that this is one of the most wonderful ways of teaching!

All of us, parents, perfectly remember the words of the famous song that "in every little child ..." lies a huge bundle of irrepressible energy. And where could he throw it out, if not during a walk in the kindergarten! At the sites of the pre-school establishment, all means are provided for this purpose: gymnastic horizontal bars, stairs, slides, sandboxes, tracks from "hummocks" (dug up stumps), swings, etc. At the same time, all these attributes exist not by themselves, but purposefully Are used by educators to organize and conduct sports competitions, physical training and outdoor games.

In addition, no walk in the kindergarten does not take place without an outside material. These are buckets, molds, balls, skipping ropes, ropes, hoops, dolls, crayons, typewriters. Naturally, all this wealth is represented not in a single copy, but in several pieces, allowing the children to unite according to their interests. And we, the parents, can greatly diversify and refresh all this inventory, giving a group of his child a ball that has been lying in the corner for a long time or a toy (doll, typewriter) forgotten by his son (daughter).

But this is far from everything that moms and dads can do to ensure that a walk in a kindergarten in a child causes only positive emotions. So, for example, we must carefully consider the fact that we dress him, collecting him in kindergarten. Too warm clothes prevent movement and lead to overheating of the baby's body. It is necessary to remember that the warmed-up child comes with a walk into the cool, ventilated room of the locker room, where he can get cold. Light clothing, too, can not be an acceptable option. It is best if you are provided with an extra set of clothes, which, if necessary, "warm" the baby or replace too warm clothes for an easier one. Help in choosing the right option will always help the tutor of your group - he knows exactly what and how it happens with your son or daughter on a walk and after it. Therefore, you should carefully listen to his advice.

I'd like to remind all parents of the long-known truth: children during the walk have the opportunity to get better, get some fresh air, get the physical load necessary for the growing body and, after all, just frolic and play. But adults quite often deprive this of their children by saying some wrong phrase. Dear parents, always remember one important rule: your children completely imitate you and copy you. Know, if you show a negative attitude to walking, to the necessity of staying a child outdoors, then he will not like this bright and fun pastime. So before you say anything negative about walks in kindergarten, think about what you can do to deprive your child of one careless thought spoken out loud!
