One of the most optimal ways to develop endurance, agility, ingenuity, coordination of movements and motor activity in children are outdoor games. Light or complex, monotonous or diverse movements are, in principle, not so important. All of them allow to involve in the game form all the muscles of the kids, thereby contributing to their normal growth, development of the musculoskeletal system, the formation of a healthy posture, and also to the overall strengthening of the organism.

Most of the games known today can be called a national treasure, because they are passed from generation to generation and remain as interesting and popular. However, the "piggy bank" of family games should be periodically supplemented with new entertainment, fortunately, there are many such. Moving games indoors or outdoors are equally useful to children. The main thing is to select them according to the age of the kids.

Individual or group?

Both are good methods of physical education. However, the benefits from them are slightly different. For example, with the help of individual mobile games, children can develop perseverance, leadership qualities, a healthy desire to be better than others, and just a real fighting nature. But through group games the guys learn about mutual assistance, partnership and cohesion. That is, they realize what a friendly collective means.

In addition, any gaming activities for children create favorable conditions for the social adaptation of their personality in the future, which is only being formed. Well, we should not forget that mobile games are simply diverse, fascinating and extremely interesting. They love to play not only children, but also many adults.

All mobile games are divided into several types. Traditionally they are distinguished by:

• Presence (absence) of the facilitator;
• Number of participants;
• Elements of space marking;
• Specificity and intensity of physical training;
• Availability (absence) of inventory;
• The general plot;
• Play punishments and preludes;
• System of scoring.

According to the above signs, mobile games can be divided into several main categories:

• Games-couplings. They are characterized by a specific construction that persists throughout the game;
• The game of reaction (here everything is clear);
• Game-dragging. They can be called power fun, the main purpose of which is to pull the enemy in one way or another;
• Catch-up. The game mechanics of mobile games of this kind are the same - the lead must touch the escaping players. Relay games also belong to this category;
• Search games. In them, the gameplay is built on the search for either objects or participants;
• sport games. The basis for such entertainment is the most popular sports: hockey, football, etc .;
• Playing with the ball. This category includes many different mobile games;
• Games for accuracy. Shooting at targets and other version of "warriors";
• "Jumpy" games. For them, you can use elastic bands, skipping ropes and other sports equipment.

This division is conditional, because there are such fun that fit simultaneously into several categories. For each specific game, additional descriptions are attached, which specify all the points: the venue, the required inventory, what it develops, and so on.

Every child's life is impossible without various fun, much less without moving games. Of course, bright and complex toys are interesting to all kids, but simple equipment (for example, a pebble or a simple stick, a ball or a skipping rope) will please them much more. After all, fantasy in children has no boundaries. Only they are able to represent the Olympic stadium on the site of an ordinary wasteland, and instead of an old wooden box they can clearly imagine an ocean liner.

And if the mom and dad make up the company, and even throw a couple of interesting ideas, how to play, will compete (of course, not in full force) with the child, so the baby will be the happiest. Believe me, no expensive toys will give him such a wonderful mood.
