So I decided to cleanse and lose weight at the same time. I went hungry, went to the bath every week, but the secret of my cleansing and losing weight was the usual millet. This grits became my friend when I was a child, when in a time of hunger millet porridge was a holiday.

When I decided to lose weight, I thought that I would have to give up any cereals, and began to choose effective slimming dishes and suddenly found myself among them millet recipes. And the recipes were not simple, but truly Russian - with beets and prunes. Thinking through the menu for my cleansing diet, I chose these recipes and began to cook any of these dishes 3 times a week.

Most often she made porridge:

  • Soaked a glass of washed millet in water (3 cups), while at the same time washed 2 beets, peeled and peeled on a large grater. Then he cooked the millet for about five minutes and added beets to it. She covered the pan with a lid and held it for a very-very small fire for another half hour. Then she literally drank a drop or poured one teaspoon of sea kale. After removing from the fire, I added a little vegetable oil.
    In general, I recommend everyone wishing to lose weight more greens in the diet - spinach, broccoli cabbage (a storehouse of vitamins), salad leaves, they are a source of vitamins and a source of coarse fibers.

This is a very important point, although it seems strange that with a diet you can eat butter. Just without oil, the millet is almost not digested, so it is still necessary to put a little oil on. And it is not digested, because it is rich in cellulose, the cell does not digest in the body, but it cleans the intestines thoroughly , removing toxins from it. But the main thing in this is not to overdo it, since millet can choose the necessary amount of fat that would be absorbed, from the fat stores from which the slimming person wants to get rid.

Millet cleared my intestines and liver, especially as it is slowly digested, and in dishes there were such useful products as beets and prunes. Yes, I did the second dish with prunes, which for the intestines of an elderly person is simply irreplaceable. For millet soup you need only half a cup of millet, which I also necessarily soaked for 2-3 hours in 5 glasses of water. At the same time, I soaked 200 grams of washed prunes, then pulled out bones from it and added to the boiled millet. Still all together welded 10 minutes and it is ready. Soup should be eaten cold and very tasty with sour cream, but since I was losing weight, I used only 1 teaspoon of low-fat sour cream (I did not buy fat-free, remembering that the millet is only digested with fats). From such soup intestine began to work as a clock.

Three such meals a week plus 36 hours of fasting once a week - and for 2 months I threw off 7 kilograms, and the body suffered this painlessly, and the weight has been holding for a year.
