Older domains do not have this disadvantage, but they have other, no less bad - they can be under filters or can be banned by search engines (getting the domain out of the filter or ban is extremely difficult). Therefore, old domain names should be bought only from good friends or trusted webmasters. The choice of paid hosting is individual, I prefer to use a proven cheap (but no less qualitative) hosting service.
