Cipollino decides to rescue his parent. His determination fuels the injustice he sees around him. Together with his friend Radishochka, the boy manages to find his father in the palace and release him.

The fugitives have to hide. Cipollino helped hide Radishka and Dad. Unfortunately, the boy himself was caught by the guard. He was sent into custody, then to be executed. But in the village everyone knew the name of the famous onion boy, how selflessly he was ready to help everyone. Therefore, in a difficult moment, friends and acquaintances of Cipollino go to his aid.
