After the Bolsheviks came to power, he was replaced by a bright red cloth. But in 1991, in connection with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the formation of the Russian Federation, the tricolor once again became a national flag. With minor changes adopted in 1993, it is still used today.

Of course, Russian citizens can be proud of their army. For a long history, it has won a huge number of significant victories in numerous wars, the vast majority of which were defensive or liberation, but never took the form of aggression.
