What is euphoria? We give answers to all questions

In our age, which as if admires positive feelings and openly condemns pessimism, the state of euphoria is often called an exceptionally positive phenomenon. But it is still very diverse, and therefore it will be useful to study it without prejudice.

What is euphoria and why does it arise?

The feeling that a person is in high spirits, expects the best from life, does not remember about their problems and sees the surrounding world in a bright light, maybe due to a number of reasons. They can be divided into favorable and unfavorable: the first have a basis for any real success, due to which the personality progresses and rightfully enjoys the result of their labor. Adverse causes of euphoria are based on imitation of well-being. This can be a condition caused artificially by stimulants having a chemical nature. Or the unnatural elevation that self-hypnosis provoked, often with inadequate self-esteem. In the latter case, the change of jubilation will soon be disappointed by a collision with reality. And a person who has recently been enthusiastic will forget what euphoria is and generally a good mood. After all, he will have to realize how far he is from the actual embodiment of his desires.

The reverse side of euphoria

If an unnaturally elated mood is not a consequence of taking stimulants, then it is pointless to struggle with it. Even if a person who is subject to changes in emotional states, realizes that his feelings are biased, there is no point in denying them. It is better to try to analyze the causes of such fluctuations. To understand what euphoria is, you need to be aware of what a normal emotional state is, and what depression is. The latter is always characterized by heavy feelings of despair, hopelessness, reduced motor and cognitive activity, difficulties in communicating with people. Normal state allows a person to function at a high level, without losing contact with reality, experiencing all worldly troubles, without denying their own emotions. Grief, sadness, fatigue is part of the normal inner life of a person. And if there is no painful looping on these feelings, they exhaust themselves, and the heaviness on the soul gives way to relief.

Deceptive mood swings

What is euphoria, and how much this condition can be unhealthy, you can understand if you imagine that in a normal person a person is standing with his feet on the ground, in the rainbow jubilation he tries to fly over its surface (often with the help of fantasy), and in depression falls like Into a deep pit of despair, from which he does not see a way out. If you take responsibility and adequately assess their experiences, you can survive even the hardest moments with the least loss. And also not let yourself be confused by deceptive states, one of which is just euphoria. Photos, which at different moments of life are estimated by a person as reflecting his real feelings or showing only a fortunate well-being, can provide a clue to understanding the real causes of the most diverse emotions.
