These products are represented by fruits, vegetables, and all that is not characterized by the presence of foreign impurities, represented in most cases by E-additives. In addition, pregnant women should abandon such products as chips, croutons, crab sticks and similar products of the modern food industry, abundantly flavored with various chemical dyes and flavor enhancers. Further on the degree of harmfulness are various fast food products, also attributed to the forbidden during the bearing of the fetus. Among other things, a woman will have to give up eating some types of fish - mackerel, tuna, etc. Dishes that can not be eaten by pregnant women are also presented with sharp, smoked, fatty and heavily fried foods.

It should be noted that the product, a single use in a small amount which would be able to harm the fetus or disrupt the normal course of pregnancy, simply does not exist. Therefore, it is not necessary to go to extremes.

In most cases, the diet of each specific woman who is about to become a mother is formed by the attending physician, but the patient must understand that she must set some of the limitations herself, because the health of the future baby depends on this.
