To touch the real German and Russian tanks of the times of war, motorcycles and cars belonging to the first persons of various states, to see near the artillery and small arms of the most diverse production - all this is very informative.

The founder of the museum

The founder and owner of the Museum of Technology Vadim Zadorozhny does not sit on the spot: he has a huge farm - ten thousand square meters of exhibition space alone, more than one hundred rare cars. There are also airplanes, rocket launchers, tanks, guns, a variety of small arms. All this from an empty spot, just ten years later Vadim Zadorozhny created. The photo shows us an extremely motivated person.

What prompted a man to such a big act, says himself Vadim Zadorozhny. "In our country," he says, "the biggest deficit is pride in the Motherland, patriotism, this museum is a tribute to our (and not only!) Historical past." Sooner or later, every person asks himself: what am I, why am I Here I live, on earth? I myself am on this question and try to answer here. "

About a sense of pride

The museum object, in this case - technical, automotive, military-historical, is an attempt to create an entirely unselfish space. Man, getting here, must inevitably feel pride in his country and the joy that he lives in Russia.

Here comes the understanding that Russia still has everything ahead, the museum must certainly awaken such a hope. This is done so that thousands of children and adolescents visit these expositions on weekends, so that foreigners are amazed that such a museum exists. This is the way of life of the creator, he has absolutely nothing to do with business.

On the absence of business

Nothing is sold here! Machines are restored purely for the Museum, and after being exhibited. When there are extra money, a technique is acquired, found in Russia or abroad. At the moment, there are so many machines for restoration that the fleet of cars, for example, will not be replenished until. First, prices have risen, secondly - a huge amount of equipment is waiting for restoration, than Vadim Zadorozhny is doing.

The museum lives only at the expense of renting part of the floors, the proceeds are invested in development. This economic scheme allows for self-financing, the museum receives no subsidies from the state and does not wait. And this scheme is bad, good or bad, but it works. The museum was founded in 2003, at which time the first brick was laid. Not in today's number of exhibits, of course. Then it was not too expensive to take the land for rent and start building - without the prohibitive, cosmic sums that would be required now.

Civil position

Rich people have billions of dollars in their accounts. These people are the figures themselves. They live with this money and die with them. Do not switch them to beauty, to creation. The museum is not a business, but a love for the Motherland. And more this creativity. After all, the restoration of technology will not give way to the restoration of painting.

Here we need not just technical knowledge, but also the deepest historical: any discrepancy is a departure from the original. Masters involved in the restoration, to the very depths, learned the automotive equipment of any period, they must also know the repair equipment base of the corresponding time.

They are creators, fans. Vadim Zadorozhny refers to the affairs of the museum as the most important cause of all life. He is a keeper who lovingly protects every exhibit necessary for understanding both the present and the distant future. The museum of Vadim Zadorozhnogo is not a collection, the museum is preservation.

About exhibits

In the restoration now there are only more than one hundred cars, one hundred motorcycles and many, many others. The acute shortage of space, which is felt by the machinery museum of Vadim Zadorozhny, is one of the greatest needs and problems. Exposition now occupies about ten thousand square meters. It is necessary to build a much larger building. He constantly searches for the Vadim Zadorozhny Museum, how to get to such means, to create a better exposition of technology not only in Russia, but also in Europe.

And now any car in the museum can be started and go, all to one! And this is the main quality of such a place as a museum of living history. Let the restoration is a very costly process, but it's worth it! Each car is expanded, redesigned. And then it's not so important: the car of this fifties or even earlier, - it takes a lot of time and effort. The correct restoration costs up to two hundred thousand dollars, and this is only one machine. If the system masters are responsible, in love with the technique, then everything will turn out to be necessary.

Parades on Red Square

We, who live in this country, are responsible for preserving the memory of our past. Including those parades that are held on November 7th. In addition to tanks T-34, our country can no longer exhibit anything! No country has running technology! Maybe it will collect from all cities and scales a dozen "thirty-quads", followed by the state, that's all.

The museum understands its responsibility in this matter. After all, there comes almost the last moment, when you can try and recreate that technique, which will adequately represent the historical past of our country. Vadim Zadorozhny, whose biography is decorated with such fact as the creation of one of the most interesting museums in Russia, is reverent to each historical exhibit. And he dreams that many of them will cause a grateful surprise to the observing parade on Red Square.

More about the exhibits

There are no uninteresting exhibits, beyond which history would not stand. And treat everyone here with due respect. Like in a family where there are a lot of kids, everyone loves everyone the same way. However, the exhibits are not children, and the story is not their mother's.

Here is a car that once belonged to Hitler - "Grosser-Mercedes-770". In this cabriolet (armored!) The Führer took parades. This, of course, is the world top. You look at it - and before your eyes there is a fascist Germany, "Barbarossa", and the heart is compressed with anger, and from the feeling of impotence sucks in the pit of the stomach. Looking at this exhibit, you clearly see and understand the very core of the ideology of fascism.

Subsequently, this car was donated to Pavelic - the Croatian dictator. And when Yugoslavia's Broz Tito defeated, he gave this machine to Stalin. Iosif Vissarionovich balked to ride on the machine of the enemy and transferred it to Uzbekistan - the first secretary. Already after many decades, this car was bought in the Museum of Technology Vadim Zadorozhny. Comments that come about such an exhibit can be imagined. Is there a person who does not want to see it personally? It remains only to remember how to get to the Museum of Vadim Zadorozhny.

Celebrity Cars

No less interesting car - ZIS-115. The armored monster belonged to Stalin. Through precisely these glasses, turbid from time, Stalin inspected his empire. In the back seat was a mannequin depicting the leader. A little wrong - Stalin did not like to go behind, he preferred a place next to the driver.

"Mercedes" of Hitler will soon be restored and will stand in the exposition as Stalin's car. Nearby is already ZIS-110B, which went to Beria. Here is a car that Brezhnev once gave to Honecker. The latter on this car met Ernesto Che Guevara with Fidel Castro.

There are cars in the museum belonging to such people as Gagarin, Gorbachev, Yeltsin, patriarch Pimen. And, of course, Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev's car, which he drove himself, is a short two-door ZIL. No less interesting are the cars of many other historical figures. Rear Admiral Horthy is a Hungarian dictator, fascist. It seems, you can guess by sight, without any clues. And also - the car of Henry Schlosser, who was the head of the chemical concern, an associate of Hitler.

Air of history

Very interesting is the history of the car belonging to the People's Commissar of the aviation industry Mikhail Ivanov. This "Buick" 1929 assembly, almost no mileage, because it was only reopened in the early 90's. This car, most likely, was given to an official who went to America to buy aircraft engines. "Buick" was loaded onto the ship, maybe as a gift or even a "rollback" for a profitable enterprise.

The nearer the border of the Soviet Union, the more Ivanov guessed in which bad story he could get stuck with this car. Upon arrival, "Buick" secretly hid in Malakhovka, and this new car stood in the garage until the end of the 90's - with the native salon, in native painting, with native wheels. It was tightly covered with blankets, and under them it was smeared with a thick thick layer ... of cream "Ballet".

The collector (recently, unfortunately, deceased), Mikhail Stacevich transferred this car to the Museum of Technology Vadim Zadorozhny. And here is the most interesting: the wheels of the car have not been lowered since 1929. And Stalin's car also keeps the air of historical time in the wheels.

The principle of selecting exhibits

Vadim Zadorozhny is trying to choose masterpieces, guided by inner flair. That is why the Museum collected the exhibits so charismatic, giving an idea of the epochs of machine building, tank building, aircraft building, motor industry. Something was bought at auctions, something was exchanged or bought from collectors. Now there is almost no interesting equipment in Russia: either it was exported abroad, or settled in private collections.

At the collection, which Vadim Zadorozhny collected, the biography represents the history of world technology - these are motorcycles, cars, and even air rarities. One of the important directions that the museum follows is the restoration of planes, both Russian and Soviet. Exhibits of the aircraft industry of the Great Patriotic War are in a separate program - "Winged Victory Monument".

A big show was prepared for the century of aviation, and the Vadim Zadorozhny Museum is the only place where there is a squadron of veteran cars that are alive and on the fly. Nowhere else in Russia there is more. These aircraft with stars on the wings are flying now in a variety of skies - in English, and in French, even in the Arab Emirates have visited.

We must admit that our heroic military past is admired everywhere. And - yes, already two parades over Red Square flew! Museum aviation is based in part in Novosibirsk, partly in Zhukovsky. Together with DOSAAF the museum will restore the airfield in 1936 - in the Kaluga region. And there will be collected heavy equipment - tanks.

Glossy Exposure

Under the roof of the museum - sparkling nickel and varnish "Mercedes", "Horch", "Ford" and "Cadillac", born in the first half of the twentieth century. And Soviet equipment - heavily armored limousine rulers from Stalin to Brezhnev, exhibited here along with cars and motorcycles guard, the brilliance is just as much.

Above these cars fly like airplanes suspended to a high ceiling - they too were collected in the beginning of the twentieth century. There are flying machines and German, and English, and Soviet production. Ancient motorcycles and cars occupied two floors of the museum, they are also in the basement, where the literally restored machinery is waiting for the exposition. In total there are more than one hundred rare cars in the museum collection.

New post

In the beginning of the summer there was news that the director of the Arkhangelskoye estate museum Andrei Busygin was dismissed, and Vadim Zadorozhny was his successor. His inheritance was very problematic: here, and illegal construction right in the guard zone, and even attempts to abolish the guard status. All those who know Vadim Zadorozhny are very hopeful that he and this burden will be on the shoulder.

About personal information

As for the personal data of the owner of the private museum, Vadim Zadorozhny, whose family lives in the elite village of Odintsovo district, is very careful about confidentiality. And this is not only understandable, but also worthy of special respect. Therefore, there is not much information about such a person as Vadim Zadorozhny. His wife is practically unknown to the world. True, a note broke that she was left without jewelry at the price of a half million dollars thief-maid. But even there are not even names. It is likely that this is an ordinary "duck", besides, very few people are interesting.

Also, it was not possible to calculate one more information, which Vadim Zadorozhny keeps, - date of birth. But there is a place of birth. Even two. True, these two cities are not far from each other - Uzhgorod and Ivano-Frankovsk, which are located in Western Ukraine. By education, Vadim Zadorozhny is an ordinary history teacher. Here's how it happens!

Businessman Zadorozhny

Work with technology, he learned in the early 80's. As a student of the Pedagogical Institute in Moscow, he worked part-time, buying up emergency "Zhiguli" in Western Ukraine, and then restoring them and putting them on sale in Moscow and Kiev. And in this business came in the very end of the 80s, having worked eight years in his homeland in high school history teacher.

He liked to teach, but wanted money, so he had to leave. Zadorozhny started with real estate trading and trading in his own antique shops. Business quickly went up the hill, now Zadorozhny owns not only all kinds of real estate, hotel, several restaurants in Moscow, but also impressive enterprises for woodworking, logging, a tourist company that specializes in fishing and hunting in Siberia and the Far East. Profits, according to Zadorozhny, do not spend on themselves, everything - in the museum.

Lifestyle

However, the museum has long ago left the hobby, now it's business, and "cool." Zadorozhny does not part with the phone, he has constant business trips and business meetings.

He started collecting cars in 1999, after buying a BMW DA3 Wartburg in 1939. Then it could be done without too much strain - two or three thousand dollars for almost any European car imported into the USSR after the Second World War. Then there appeared in our country the most "cool" cars of the early twentieth century.

From the history of the museum

By 2001, the collection of Vadim Zadorozhny had grown so much that he decided to formalize it as a car club. There, naturally, restorers of retro cars, experts in their maintenance were pulled up. So there was created some kind of administrative structure. The construction of the museum began on an abandoned field.

In 2004, the collection consisted of several dozen rarities. They were transported from the Moscow industrial zone, from the storage site, to a brand new three-story technical center, and a year later the museum storage was completed. Already in 2008, the main building of the complex was erected, where the main part of the museum's exposition was located. Investments for this all it took at least twenty million dollars, according to experts.

Near the exposition, restorative workshops, services for repair and maintenance of cars, a site for preparing cars for rallies and all sorts of retro-rallies, a shop for the restoration of rare motorcycles and a diagnostic laboratory were located. There is a museum and service of modern cars. There are many orders - expensive dachas, elite cottage settlements around.
