Exercises are mainly aimed at getting rid of chronic ailments associated with reducing muscle strength and restricting the movement of joints.

Since curative gymnastics for the spine is aimed not only at the elimination of pain, but also on the return of mobility in the joints, the approach must be comprehensive and individual at the same time.

In this position, you should stay for a few seconds, and then start to slowly rise, without lifting your back from the wall.

To perform another exercise, you should lie on the floor, hugging him with the lower back. In this case, the legs must be bent. It is necessary to raise one leg in such a way that the shin occupies a position parallel to the floor. She needs to slowly make circular motions. After ten seconds, repeat these movements with the second leg. Such an exercise is recommended to be performed as often as possible.

It should be noted that therapeutic gymnastics with a spinal hernia is an integral part of the therapeutic or prophylactic course for this disease. It is not recommended to perform torsion exercises, jumping and running are contra-indicated. Effective in this disease will be swimming, cycling, walking.

There are several exercises that you can do yourself at home.

One more exercise. Lying on his back with his legs straight, one sock should be pulled towards him, and the other - from himself. Further socks are reduced and divorced.

Effective legs will be in the position lying on the side. It is also very useful for hernia to perform the exercise "cat". Standing on all fours, you should bend and bend your back.

Another, very useful exercise for the spine is the following: in the prone position, pull the right knee to the left elbow and the left knee to the right elbow in turn.
