A modern business community can not be imagined without such a notion as "corporate culture", an integral part of which are all possible activities for employees. Their importance and usefulness for stimulating employees' motivation, productivity growth and team building are written a lot of long and tedious scientific articles. In the west, continuous research is being carried out in this direction. Sometimes only a miracle is given, to what are not standard innovations they come up with! But in any case, this is a semi-official event with a set of several rules:

- a certain dress code;

- the presence and equality of conditions (which has nothing to do with familiarity!) Both the authorities and ordinary employees;

- no gossip about employees and superiors! (The main thing). After all, you can not guarantee that this information will not be wrapped up against you.
