A modern business community can not be imagined without such a notion as "corporate culture", an integral part of which are all possible activities for employees. Their importance and usefulness for stimulating employees' motivation, productivity growth and team building are written a lot of long and tedious scientific articles. In the west, continuous research is being carried out in this direction. Sometimes only a miracle is given, to what are not standard innovations they come up with! In Russia, alas, on this front of its own achievements so far very little - mainly we all limited to borrowing the experience of foreign firms. Therefore, we can safely say that the "corporate" for the Russian people is not yet fully understood and familiar.

Not everyone realizes that the "corporate party" is radically different from the usual for the Soviet man New Year's lights and all sorts of banquets in honor of calendar holidays. After all, in the conditions of market relations, the value system itself has changed , any self-respecting organization now has to take care of its image as one of the main pledges of competitiveness. And this applies not only to the issue of the reputation of "outside" the company among potential customers, but also to the "internal climate" in the working team itself.

So what is it - "corporate", and with what it is eaten? It is necessary to clearly understand that the format of this event is determined by the norms that are valid in this particular organization. A major metropolitan campaign, equal to international standards with an official working charter and so on, or a small office for 10 people in a provincial town, undoubtedly has a different level of corporate ethics. But in any case, this is a semi-official event with a set of several rules:

- appearance for such an event is mandatory! (Except for specific exceptional cases), as this is an expression of loyalty to his firm;

- a certain dress code;

- the presence and equality of conditions (which has nothing to do with familiarity!) Both the authorities and ordinary employees;

- a taboo on working subjects (here in our fatherland there are still big problems).

Thematic content is set in accordance with the celebrated event: New Year, March 8, February 23, professional holiday, etc.

The scope of the celebration, respectively, depends on the budget allocated, it is clear that a solid company will allocate a more tidy sum for such an event. Although recently it can sometimes be observed inconsistency of the funds spent with real incomes ... But this is so, a retreat.

I give simple (but effective) advice for those who doubt how to behave properly at such an event. Consider the most vivid example - the New Year corporate for employees of the medium-sized (for regions) office staff of 50-60 people.

- Based on the above criteria, think over your outfit (this is especially important for a costume party) ;

- do not be late, punctuality is always appreciated;

- Try to refrain from excessive consumption of alcohol, inappropriate jokes and frivolous dances (but a moderate dose of wit will not hurt);

- to the maximum avoid those directly related to the work process, because everyone came here first of all to relax, even in the team;

- no gossip about employees and superiors! (The main thing). After all, you can not guarantee that this information will not be wrapped up against you.

And of course the most important thing is to remain at the same time. Everything else depends on you!
