Story line

The main character of the picture is the investigator of the Moscow prosecutor's office Andrei Chebanov. He was sent to Odessa to take up the post of city prosecutor and in this post he began a serious fight with the criminal groups that control this territory. Another storyline unfolds around three friends who are already familiar with the school bench. This is Ivan (Peter Fedorov), who recently was demobilized from the army; Boris (Alexander Alyabyev), a student of the nautical school; Lech (an actor well-known on TV series "GAI officers", "Kitchen", "Trap", Mikhail Tarabukin), a guy who was recently released from prison.
