In the presence of worn-out clinical forms of vulvovaginitis of chlamydia nature, inflammation of the uterus without clinical manifestations, chlamydial infection in the urinary tract, respiratory chlamydia in girls, therapy is carried out only in conjunction with oral and vaginal eubiotics. In other cases, chlamydiosis therapy is administered with the appointment of eubiotics and antibiotics.

With viral hepatitis C, A, B children suppositories "Kipferon" is administered rectally. Dosage is calculated according to body weight.

Against the background of frequent respiratory diseases, with relapsing bronchitis (with obstructive syndrome, including), pneumonias in children, suppositories are injected rectally no more than two per day in two divided doses every day. The course of therapy is not more than five days. Then the drug is taken twice a week for three weeks.

To treat intestinal childhood infections, the drug is administered rectally after spontaneous bowel movement or enema (cleansing). Dosage is selected in accordance with the weight of the child.

The preparation "Kipferon" (suppositories) can be the only (without the use of antibacterial medicines) therapy in accordance with the cause and course of the disease against the background of the basic treatment. For the treatment of severe forms of pathology, it is advisable to include antibiotics in the complex.

The medication is used as a prophylaxis of probable infectious complications in the process of preparation for planned gynecological and other surgical interventions. Suppositories are administered rectally in a daily dosage (two suppositories) in two doses, before surgery for three to five days, during and after the intervention. The therapeutic course is ten to fifteen days. Between intervals, an interval of twelve hours is recommended.
