Effervescent tablets must be dissolved in a glass of water and taken after eating, a single dose varies from a quarter to one gram. Take the drug 2-4 times a day. To improve the rheological properties of blood, it is necessary to take the drug for several months, 150-250 mg per day.

As a prophylaxis of myocardial infarction and for the prevention of recurrent myocardial infusions, 160 mg of the remedy are prescribed once a day.

Overdosing of the drug causes an increase in side effects, which are manifested by a lack of appetite, nausea, pain in the abdomen. In addition, there is noise in the ears, allergic reactions, hearing is impaired. With prolonged use of "Acetylsalicylic acid" tablets, the instruction indicates the possibility of dyspepsia and gastric bleeding, in which duodenal ulcers and gastric mucosa are affected.
