Defining the concept of conflict is not so simple. The fact is that its species are different. Also its direction, purpose, intensity and so on are different. In other words, shortcomings are eliminated, and the conflict itself is eliminated.

The reason for the conflict may be the inefficiency of organizational structures, an incomprehensible division of responsibilities, limited resources, the allocation of some and the underestimation of other people.

Often the conflict leads to different beliefs of people, views on certain events. Quite often the conflict arises because of a simple divergence in tastes. Particularly strong such conflicts happen in those cases when each of the parties is fully convinced that its views are the only correct ones, and all the rest is absurd, deceptive, absurd.

A bad physical condition can easily lead to a conflict. The fact is that in such conditions a person becomes as irritable as possible. With all this, he begins to look for ways to somehow improve his situation. If someone is currently on his way, a conflict is inevitable.

The most common cause of conflict is envy. Also, any offense or dissatisfaction can serve as a reason.

How can the conflict produce a positive result? The fact is that thanks to him they can decide those issues that need to be solved for many years. Also worth noting is that the parties to the conflict, trying to prove their case, usually begin to develop, improve themselves. From this, their activities or even their position in life may change for the better. In production, this can lead to the fact that the team will work better (but we note that this happens infrequently).

The concept of conflict in psychology is quite complex. Allocate open and hidden conflicts. When open - the confrontation of the parties is noticeable, but when hidden - no. The latter can last a very long time.

The concept of interpersonal conflict is associated with the confrontation of an individual and a group of individuals, society as a whole or another person. Intrapersonal conflict also stands out. Thus the person struggles with itself, any separate feelings, tries to change and so on.
