The actual problem of our days is pneumonia. Treatment.

Inflammation of the lungs is easy enough to pick up, as if you understand, the pathogens of infections are just everywhere. It is the organs of the respiratory system that are considered to be the most vulnerable in this respect, therefore pneumonia has always been one of the most relevant diseases at all times. Treatment of the standard type of the disease is rather calm and does not cause relapse. But it is different with more complex diseases, such as atypical, viral, bronchial or focal pneumonia.

Treatment in all cases begins with the immediate administration of antibiotics (biomycin, tetracycline, levomycetin, streptomycin, penicillin), selected in accordance with the patient's personal microflora. Dry and painful cough, characteristic for this disease, is removed with the help of alkaline solutions and expectorants. The doctor appoints mustard plasters, cans, dionine and codeine. The patient needs proper nutrition with a plentiful drink, it is good to give fruit juices rich in vitamins. The room should be often ventilated, giving the lungs the ability to constantly inhale only fresh air. Sports and physical training, hardening and other procedures will help to avoid such a disease as focal pneumonia. Treatment is always complex and continues even if you feel well enough, as complications are probable at any time. Cardiac glycosides, cordiamine, caffeine and camphor are used.

If there is no positive dynamics when taking paracetamol, there is dyspnea, a cold becomes worse, the temperature rises, there is a persistent cough, and with deep breaths it becomes especially strong, the cold lasts for more than seven days and the condition worsens, which means it's pneumonia. Treatment should begin with a compulsory visit to the doctor and a complete examination of the respiratory system. Even for modern medicine, pneumonia is one of the most problematic diseases. Treatment will begin after determining the symptoms, which at the very beginning of the disease are rather vague and often resemble an ordinary cold. This disease is dangerous because complications are always serious and often come very sharply, sometimes leading to a fatal outcome. The human body is not always ready for such stresses, and if the disease progresses quickly, the vital body systems collapse.

Therefore, you should go to the doctor at the first suspicion of the onset of this disease. If the temperature does not fall, and breathing is rapid and dyspnea is observed, it is most likely pneumonia. Treatment at home is permissible if the disease passes in an uncomplicated form, without any serious complications. Obligatory administration of antibiotics in such cases can be carried out independently (in the form of inhalations) and with the help of a medical worker (intramuscularly and intravenously). Sulfadimethoxin or sulfadimezin is also prescribed. If we talk about nutrition and the observance of the necessary diet, here, both for inpatient treatment and for home treatment, it is necessary to maximize the portion of proteins in the diet. The body especially needs them during such a serious illness as pneumonia. Treatment of it is long enough and requires a lot of effort, and with a strong pulmonary cough, not only sputum but also protein is released from the body, which contributes to a significant loss of energy. Also vitally important is the intake of vitamins important for human beings, such as C and B. And remember that with a timely appeal to a specialist, the disease almost never gives complications. Therefore, at the first suspicions go to the doctor and begin treatment.
