The duration of the procedure should be at least 20 minutes, while it is important that the water is not cooled during this time. Therefore, periodically measure the temperature and, if necessary, add hot water. After twenty minutes, end the session, pat the body with a towel, wrap it in a warm robe and take a horizontal position. Stay in peace for at least half an hour - so the effect of the bath with soda will be maximum. The number of procedures should not exceed ten times, after which it is recommended to take a break for a month.

So, if you want to improve the condition of your body's skin and get rid of a few extra pounds, take a bath with soda. This is both nice and healthy for the figure.
