How to remove the stain from the ballpoint pen. Removing stains from a ballpoint pen
Probably, there are very few people who at least once in their life have not dirty themselves with a ballpoint pen. More often you will meet those who did it more than once. Especially the schoolchildren. Their white blouses and shirts are asking to put a blob on themselves and ask their mother a problem about how to get the stain off the ballpoint pen.
Unsolvable problems do not happen
Removing stains from a ballpoint pen will require the preparation of a special solution of water and ammonia, mixed in equal volumes. Wipe the stain should be wetted in the resulting liquid with a cotton swab. Treatment is best to start from the edges, gradually moving to the center (to avoid divorce). Then wash the cloth gently with clean water.
If you can not remove the stain from the ballpoint pen at once, the procedure should be repeated, then the product should be washed in the usual way. It is best to purchase a powder that is already designed to fight stains.
More efficiently, the solution obtained by mixing in equal parts of turpentine and ammonia can act on the inking out of ink stains. Immediately after treatment with a cotton disc soaked in a product, the place is washed with a liquid soap, then it is washed in the machine.
Diluting the same quantities of acetone and ethyl alcohol, you can also get a means for removing stains. In order for it to work, it is necessary to moisten them with a dirty place and leave it for a quarter of an hour, then rinse with water and throw into the washing machine.
We can do without special solutions
Small table salt should be leveled on the surface of the stain and pour on top with lemon juice. After ten minutes, the cloth is washed with cool water, then washed with soap. By the way, if the stain is fresh, then the lemon juice can cope with it without cooking salt.
Stains from the ball point pen are also derived with the help of sour milk or kefir. To do this, the cloth is put on warmed milk for several hours. By the way, in the event that the stain is large, the dairy product must be replaced several times with fresh. After the procedure, traces may remain, in this case they must be washed in a soapy water solution, in which to add a touch of ammonia or borax.
Efficacy depends on the quality of the tissue
Removing stains from the ballpoint pen is not equally effective on various tissues. This must be remembered. Some products work well, for example, on natural tissues, others - on synthetic ones.
Any of the above solutions, a sponge is wetted, and the spot is gently wiped off. For greater efficiency, it can be pressed against the tissue and held for a while. Soon the ink will brighten, and washing will help them disappear completely.
Ink on white
A good tool for fighting stains on white cotton fabrics is a solution of oxalic acid, the best is hot. However, remember that after removing the ink spot, the thing should be thoroughly rinsed in warm water. By the way, oxalic acid will cope not only with ink pollution, but also with stains from tea or rust.
Painted leather
Blot with a white natural leather can be inferred, if you pour a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on it. After half an hour, the stain should be wiped with a piece of cotton wool soaked in vodka or alcohol.
If you find an old stain from the ink on the skin, first apply a slurry of salt and water on it, leave it for a couple of hours, then wipe the surface with a brush with soapy water.
It should be remembered that artificial skin, dermatitis or leatherette from aggressive stain remover solutions can behave unpredictably, so you have to be careful.
With colored fabrics, caution does not hurt
Stains from the ballpoint pen on painted woolen or cotton fabrics can be removed with the help of citric acid, and on silk - with the help of purified turpentine or mustard. Dry mustard must be diluted with water, grease the stain obtained by the gruel and leave in this form for a day. Then you need to wash the cloth in warm water.
And yet, no matter how you decide to use it when removing stains, you should first check this method on the inside of the product or on its seams, because the fabric should be resistant to chemical preparations. For example, for synthetics it is not recommended to use acetone and any other solvents: they can corrode the fibers of the material.
If you do not want to erase the entire thing after removing stains, use molten paraffin. It must be applied around the contamination and only then proceed to the removal procedure. Before washing in water with detergent, it is desirable to add vinegar, alcohol, lemon juice and wash the place where there was a hard-to-remove stain.
Summarizing all of the above, it can be stated with confidence: do not try to wash the stain from the ball-point pen with an ordinary washing powder, it is better to choose one of the recommended methods. Or use special stain removers, which are sold in the trade network of any city.
