Its purpose in the work of the vehicle is as follows. The winding is the first to take the hot gas that comes out of the engine. It is he who promotes the flow of fresh air. Make holes in the very place where the pipe will enter. We weld it, then weld it with the second. Its length should be not less than one meter, and diameter - twenty centimeters. Now you can insert it into the old case and brew it from two sides.

Further, the surface of the muffler should be wrapped with fireproof insulation material, and the top to cover the pipe with a sheet of stainless steel. The butts and the entire length of it to make a lap of five centimeters. It is recommended to wrap it, and then loop around all the sidewalls.

Now make a latch for the mesh. To do this, weld the retainer and the mesh inside to the stainless steel pipe of the correct size. On the opposite side, fix it with a tube, which will be a day off. The existing space between the housing and the grid is densely packed with glass fiber or kaolin wool. Surface of the tube is wrapped with any fireproof material.

We collect completely the muffler and check its efficiency. We clean and degrease, and seal the joints with the sealant and paint with heat-resistant paint. Now you can attach it to the scooter.
