Tea cold: the recipe of preparation
When, if not in the summer, in hot and sultry weather, drink a cold, refreshing tea? So, how to make ice tea? There are a lot of options! Here, for example, is a recipe for cold tea with lemon. Brew tea to choose from - black or green. In the jug pour the tea leaves, put sugar to taste and squeeze the lemon juice there, again, to taste. Preliminarily cut a few slices from the lemon and add them to the pitcher too. In order to diversify the taste, you can cut fresh fragrant garden apples and put them there. Now put it all away in the fridge or freezer. If in the freezer, the tea will cool faster, but you need not forget to mix it several times so that it does not turn into ice. After about three to four hours you can get and enjoy, your tea is cold! The recipe is very simple, right?
There are ways more difficult and more interesting: make black tea, then take apricots, peaches, pears or mangoes. You can take berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants. Fruit or berries should be ground in a blender to a mashed state. In the jar you need to mix the tea leaves and berry or fruit puree, fill with water and put it in the refrigerator.
