Chicken in Teriyaki sauce: recipe for cooking

Required food for the dish:

  • Soy sauce - 130 ml;
  • Chicken chilled breasts - 1 kg;
  • Apple cider vinegar - 4 large spoons;
  • Sugar brown - 150 g;
  • Pepper black fragrant ground - 1 small spoon;
  • Starch - 2 dessert spoons;
  • Salt fine iodized - add to the meat at personal discretion;
  • Fresh garlic is not large - 2 teeth;
  • The root of ginger - the middle piece (8-10 centimeters in size);
  • Drinking water - 55 ml.

Chicken in "Teriyaki" sauce, the recipe of which in fact is very simple, it turns out to be especially tasty if you use only fresh chilled breasts for its preparation. They need to be purchased in quantities of 1 kg, thoroughly washed, separated from bones, cartilage and skin, and then cut into small pieces. It should be especially noted that some housewives prefer to make such a dish from whole breasts. We decided to shred them, and also generously flavored with fine iodized salt.

Processing of additional ingredients

Chicken fillet in the sauce "Teriyaki" turns out to be fragrant and very tasty due to the fact that in the preparation of this original dish ingredients such as garlic and ginger root are used. These products should be well washed, thinly peeled and peeled, and then chopped using a small grater for this.

When the meat product and the fragrant sauce are fully prepared, it is required to take a deep shape for baking, grease it with oil (sunflower), and then lay out the chicken fillet. Next, the breasts should be filled with a thick dressing and sent to a heated oven for 38 minutes. After this time, the dishes with meat should be taken out and put into portions.
