And what about the band in which Svetlana Kashina sang? The "combination", the year of its birth - 1988, arose in Saratov in the post-Soviet space. The director was Alexander Shishinin. He also found soloists Alain Apin and Tatiana Ivanov, as well as keyboardist, guitarist, drummer and bass player. All the girls were young: Tatyana Ivanova went straight from school to show business, Apina studied at the conservatory. That's how the interesting herls band was put together. Music was written by a young composer Viktor Okorokov. But who is the author of the texts, exactly hard to say. Some of them ("Serega", "The Cherry Nine," "Enough, Enough") allegedly belong to Yuri Druzhkov, a provincial poet who was fond of poetry, and then sold his notebooks for a couple of rubles. Starry hour

First, the newly baked band sang in a Saratov restaurant. Although the repertoire was small, but the audience took their songs to cheer, so they decided to move on. In the same 1988, they recorded the first album "The Stroke", with which they drove around the region.

In 1989, the song "Russian girls" appeared, which became a real hit and gave the name to the second album "Russian girls". And everything, then the events unfolded swiftly. "Combination" instantly became megapopular in the whole Union. And so, in order to consolidate the success, Shishinin took his wards to conquer the capital. There was created a landmark album "Moscow residence permit". The pop group collected stadiums and full concert halls, tickets were always bought up to the last. "Combination" is invited to tour to Germany and even the USA.

True, the trip to the States failed, because in 1991, the soloist Alain Apin breaks the contract and decides to start his own career outside the group.

Shishinin begins to look for a replacement in an emergency. At first the choice fell on some Tatyana Okhomush, but she did not get accustomed to the collective. Then Svetlana Kashina came to the group, which literally saved the situation.
