To perform this work you will need a tool kit:

• Perforator or drill with impact action;
• Screwdriver;
• Scissors for metal;
• Water level (spirit level);

From materials it will be necessary:

• Panel VPC;
• Plastic profile "ceiling molding";
• Self-tapping screws, length 13 mm;
• For concrete and brick surfaces a dowel-nail 40 mm long and 6 mm in diameter is used; For wood - self-tapping wood 50 mm long;
• Metal profile PN 27x28 mm and PS 27x60 mm;
• Hanging straight;
• Silicone sealant in white color.

The work progress is as follows:

1. Using the water level, we plan the contour of the horizon of the future ceiling and fix the guide profile 27x28 around the perimeter of the room with dowels. Holes under the dowel drill a drill bit - drill diameter of 6mm.

2. Then, with an interval of 0.8 to 1 m, attach a 27x60 mm rack-mount profile , inserting it into the guide profile and fixing it with a screwdriver of 13 mm. To the ceiling the profile is fixed to the hangers with the same 6x40 mm dowels. These profiles must be located perpendicular to the direction of the panels.

3. Further on the perimeter of the room we strengthen the ceiling molding, at the corners it should be cut at 45 degrees for the connection. Molding is screwed to the PN profile and has a special pocket in which PVC panels will be inserted.

4. The panels are cut to 0.5 mm smaller than the size between the opposite walls. The first panel cuts the comb and is inserted from three sides into the molding. On the slotted part there is a strip, by means of which the panel fastens to the profile of the PS. The second panel with the ridge side is inserted into the groove first and thus the ceiling is assembled. The last panel is always trimmed in width

5. The final stage of the work will be the adjustment of the sealant gaps between the molding and panels.

In parallel with the assembly of the ceiling, lighting is installed.

Suspended ceiling made of plasterboard with their own hands is made a little more difficult than plastic, even in terms of the fact that it is very difficult for one to manage the work, since the GKL sheet is voluminous in itself and without an assistant is indispensable here.

According to the scheme of the carcass installation, the work is identical, the profile and the fastening material are the same. The difference is that the rack profile is located along the placement of the sheets of GCR and at an interval of 60 cm, taking into account that the sheets will be docked exactly in the middle of the profile.
