Supplements and surcharges to wages. Supplement for harmfulness. Staff Bonus System

Many Russians are justly interested in the question of what are surcharges and surcharges to wages. To some people they rely, and, accordingly, those specialists with such "premiums" are familiar directly. But many people do not understand this concept. Well, it's worth taking a deeper look at this topic and talking in more detail about everything that concerns it.

Provisions of the Code

Supplements and surcharges to wages are mandatory. But not all employees. To date, not everyone is fully familiar with the Labor Code. But there is a provision on surcharges and surcharges. It is worth to tell what is at stake.

According to Article 149 of the TC, each employer undertakes to charge extra workers to their employees if they carry out their activities under severe, dangerous or harmful conditions. These may include work in a harsh climate. Or activities carried out constantly on the street. The same conditions include night work (with the exception of shift schedules). If a person works on weekends or on public holidays, it is also considered. It also takes into account the combination of several rates at once or the performance of highly skilled work. This is the main list of all items, the rest are determined by the contract already concluded between the employer and the employee. But there are some nuances and besides the above. It's worth telling about them.

SOUTH

So, it should be noted that every employer must conduct a so-called SOUT (special assessment of working conditions), after which the employed will be allocated their jobs. Increasing coefficients (that is, what determines how large are the surcharges and surcharges to wages) are appointed based on the results of the WCO.

Workers of certain specialties receive them 100%. Among them - welders, foundry workers, nuclear power engineers, steelworkers and miners. The minimum they can receive is 4 percent of the total salary, hourly tariff and output. But in practice, the payment can be more. The employer has every right to increase this percentage (but only after agreement with the trade union organization or with the work collective).

District coefficient

Everyone knows how great our country is. And on the territory of the Russian Federation there are areas in which it is extremely difficult to live and work. And all because of severe climatic conditions. That is why the legislation managed to provide for special allowances and additional payments to the salaries of those specialists who work in such places.

The largest percentage is paid to specialists who settle down in the Far North. There is a lot of work - at enterprises or polar stations. Here only the raising factor, which was described above, is applicable only to the basic salary. He does not apply to the prize. And he does not work on the calculation of payments for sick leave or leave.

Which areas belong to the Far North? This is the Kamchatsky, Khabarovsk and Krasnoyarsk regions. Also there are Yakutia, Komi, Tyva, Karelia, Chukotka District, Tyumen, Arkhangelsk, Magadan, Irkutsk and Murmansk regions. And, of course, Sakhalin Island. There, not only the percentage is taken into account, but also the experience goes different. The year spent on Sakhalin as an employee, issued according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, is considered to be one and a half.

By volume of work

Considering the types of surcharges and allowances, one can not fail to talk about how overtime is encouraged in the Russian Federation.

So, if an order has been issued at the enterprise, according to which it turns out that the work load of employees increases, then the employer must obligatorily assign an additional payment for this work. Naturally, this is also indicated in the above-mentioned document.

Including if someone fell ill at the firm, and another person was obliged to take his place, undertaking to perform his work during illness, a surcharge was also imposed. After all, it's all - extra shifts, many hours and personal time of the employee. Everything must be paid for without fail. If the employer refuses to charge additional funds, the employee has all the rights to refuse to perform the duties. And disputable situations can be solved by contacting the labor inspectorate.

And what are the sizes of surcharges and allowances in the above case? Every hour, shift, etc. are paid in accordance with the coefficient of 1.5-2. Its indicator varies depending on which profile the firm belongs to.

The main stimulating

Their system of additional payments and extra charges also includes without fail. And good leaders will never forget about stimulants (they are also called bonuses). Such surcharges are the most powerful and proven motivation for employees. The award not only shows that the employer appreciated the work of one or another specialist. This is another sign that the efforts of the employee are not in vain, and the productivity can be increased still.

To write out stimulating or not, to solve to the head. But what they are, we will list them.

There are incentives for mentoring (that is, if an expert has taken on the task of training a newcomer and watching him). For the overfulfilled plan - when a person exceeded the norm of the work performed for a month, quarter, etc. The prize for qualification, personal qualities, annual achievements - all this also takes place.

Everyone knows that wages in Russia are not the highest, so stimulating ones would be a good reward for those people who really deserve it. Teachers of additional education, doctors of public hospitals, state budget guards and other specialists - that's something you should not forget.

Classification of working conditions: 1 and 2 categories

This topic should be considered, since it is the conditions that determine the amount of such an extra charge, as an additional payment for harmfulness.

There are three categories in total. The first is the optimal working conditions. Those in which the worker does not have harmful influence. That is, they are considered safe.

The second category is the permissible working conditions under which the employee feels the impact of hazardous and harmful factors. They can be considered as such if the condition of the body of a specialist working for the benefit of production is restored during rest.

3 and 4 classes

Third category. These are harmful working conditions, in which the workers actually have a strong impact of hazardous production factors. And while the human body takes a long time to recover. These include the conditions in which an employee can get an occupational disease or undergo functional changes in his body.

The fourth category is the last, it includes especially dangerous working conditions. Those are those conditions, working in which, a person risks to undermine his health or even die. This category includes underground works, activities in hot shops, female labor in the textile industry, etc. They are entitled to the largest surcharge for harmfulness.

In brief about s / n

All people know that high wages in Russia - this is what you need to long and hard to strive for. Undoubtedly, to date, s / p levels have become higher (in comparison with past years), but it does not change the essence, as there is a crisis in the country right now.

The average salary, according to statistics, is about 30 thousand rubles for today, but in fact much less. In Moscow - yes, but if you take into account other regions, everything will look not so rosy. A minimum, for example, is about 6 thousand rubles a month. This is for popular regions. In Kamchatka and in Magadan, this figure is about 16-17 thousand rubles.

In general, so far in Russia is not the best situation with salaries, but everything should improve.

How to calculate?

You need to know the theory, but now it is worthwhile and, for example, to show how everything is calculated. Above, much has been said about the coefficient of surcharge. It is often called a score. It is equal to a certain percentage.

So, take, for example, the coefficient 2. This is 4% of the surcharge to the salary. That is, if a person receives 45,000 rubles a month, then in addition to this, 1,800 rubles will be added monthly. But this is if the conditions of work are not particularly harmful and difficult. It happens that the actual amount of points is 10. This equates to 24% of the premiums. And if a person gets 90 thousand rubles a month on this job (it's unlikely that people working in dangerous and bad conditions for all indications will work there for a little money), then, in addition, he will be paid 21,600 rubles more.

Mathematics is simple, only in order to determine the "percentage" as accurately as possible, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the position of the organization in which you work.
