Shuya is a river flowing in the southern part of Karelia. It belongs to the pool of Onega Lake. The area of the water flow is more than 10 thousand square meters. How to get there?

For this it is necessary to move from Petrozavodsk through the city of Suojärvi along the highway that leads to the bridge on the river. The most convenient way is on your personal machine, but if you do not have one, you can take a taxi. City transport to these places does not go. If tourists travel by a large company, they can rent a bus in Petrozavodsk.

Shuya can also be reached by rail. But even in this case it will be necessary to get off at the nearest station, for example, in the city of Suojärvi. And then - similarly - either take a taxi or rent a bus.

Shuya is a river not far from Suovki station, just 1.5 km away. If tourists come here (with the condition that they know the way), then you can walk to the pond on foot.
