Seven-point paper star: three-dimensional circuit

A simple hand-crafted item for Christmas or any other holiday can be made using completely simple and inexpensive materials. One of these uncomplicated projects is a paper star. The volumetric scheme allows you to make a very nice craft, quickly and without much effort.

Paper decoration by own hands

Such an ornament, like a paper star, the volumetric scheme of which will be described in this article, will be able to decorate not only the Christmas tree. This can be quite a relevant element on the gift box, also made by own hands.

Quick and easy

For production you need the following materials and tools:

  • Medium-density paper;
  • scissors;
  • glue stick;
  • Clothespins or clerical clamps;
  • Beads to decorate the center of the star (optional).

Choose the size

How is the star made of paper? The three-dimensional design creates a small 3-D effect, and the picture is not so flat. First, you need to determine the size, and then cut out seven identical strips, cut at the edges at an angle of approximately 45 degrees.

Step 1

We begin to make petals. To do this, put a strip of paper in front of you with a narrower side up. Then apply the glue on the right end and press the ends of the paper strip, putting them on top of each other.

Step 2

To the ends do not disperse, you can add more glue and additionally fasten with an ordinary linen clothespin and clerical clamp that will hold the end parts until the glue dries completely. Such simple manipulations must be done with all the ends of which our paper star will consist. The volumetric scheme suggests making a seven-pointed model. When the parts are ready, you can proceed to step # 3, connecting them together.

Step 3

After complete drying, you need to glue together all the petals, placing them in a circle in such a way that the tops of the paper cones form the central part of the star.

So, having connected two elements, gluing their sides, it is also necessary to fix them for a while with the help of clothespins.

So, with the gradual consolidation of all elements, an improvised sun from petals and clothespins will be obtained.

Step 4

After all sides are tightly glued to each other, you can remove the clothespins.

Step 5

Well, there's a paper star ready. The seven-pointed volumetric scheme can be executed in a variety of shades and sizes. As an additional decoration, you can glue several small beads or sequins to the center of the star. Color can also be varied using different shades of paper strips in the same star. This decoration can be safely used as an element on a gift box, Christmas tree or decorations for anything.

Star of paper - three-dimensional scheme

Crafts made of paper in the hands of the master can turn out simply stunning. As for the stars, you can make an entire galaxy and decorate it with a room, for example, for Christmas.

Such large stars are made very simply. I need paper, glue and scissors. You can experiment with different colors and textures to create a variety of effects. Finished stars can be decorated with glitter and tiny buttons. Performing simple geometric measurements and following simple instructions, you can make quite nice 3-D figures.

Fantasy to help you!

A ruler can be used for measuring. To draw a circle, you need a compass or a simple glass.

At the same distance from each other, draw points on the circle, then connect them by lines, but not adjacent ones, but through one. Thus, inside the circle there are two triangles - a kind of pictogram. Then you need to cut out the shape. To make the volume required to make folds, as if dividing all the small triangles in the figure into two halves.

So one-sided star made of paper is made. The volumetric scheme on the Christmas tree is done in the same way, only two halves are glued together. Having shown a share of imagination, it is possible to decorate with such crafts not only walls and a New Year tree. Products can perfectly serve as elements of a gift decor. Attaching to them a piece of multi-colored ribbon or thread, you can decorate such homemade stars with a gift bottle of wine, as well as form a whole colorful garland. Any three-dimensional star from the paper can be decorated with additional drawings and applications.
