Alternating, the recipes on which are suggested below, implies a healthy diet, so if you do not have fresh tomatoes, it is better to replace them with homemade tomato paste than to take the shop sauce. Serve this scrambled eggs with steamed broccoli and spinach.

Ingredients for two servings:

  • 4 eggs;
  • Half a large onion (cut);
  • vegetable oil;
  • 400 g of chopped tomatoes;
  • 3 tablespoons of warm water;
  • A few leaves of fresh basil (cut into large pieces);
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  • Sprinkle the bottom of the frying pan with vegetable oil, warm it and fry the onion until it is clear.
  • Add the tomatoes and water, stir well, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. If the sauce seems too thick or begins to stick to the bottom of the pan, add some more water.
  • Remove the lid, add basil in tomatoes and mix well, so that the vegetables soak up the aroma of greens.
  • Beat the eggs in tomato sauce, pepper and salted generously, then close the lid.
  • The dish is ready, when the egg whites have thickened, and the yolks remain semi-liquid.

Casserole from chicken, mushrooms and bell pepper

If your choice is Dukan's diet, recipes for alternating in a multivarquet are likely to be difficult to find. To despair it is not necessary: any dish intended for baking in an oven, it is possible to prepare in the same mode in a multivark. First, try this simple casserole.

Ingredients for two servings:

  • A few drops of extra virgin olive oil;
  • Half a large onion (finely chopped);
  • 2 large chicken breasts (cut into cubes);
  • 6 champignons (cut into slices);
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut);
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut);
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour;
  • thyme;
  • 300 ml of chicken or vegetable broth;
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Put the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with corn flour.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until it is clear.
  • Add chicken and cook over low heat until it turns brownish.
  • Add peppers, mushrooms and thyme, cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add broth, bring to a boil and pour the preform into a casserole dish.
  • Cover and cook in the oven for 45 minutes until the chicken's meat becomes soft.
