Not far from the central market, popularly known as the bazaar, on La Corderie Street, there is a huge number of shops selling a variety of fabrics. The pride of Port Louis is Chinatown with small restaurants and food kiosks. But the main thing in this area is the shops of Ayurvedic products and spices.
