When the meat is fouled, put it on a frying pan and fry a little until red. After that, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Pour it with warm water and leave for 20 minutes. This is necessary to remove starch from potatoes. After this time, the potatoes must be washed.

Now we clean the onions and carrots. Cut finely onions, carrots. In vegetable oil fry half of onions, add meat and simmer for about half an hour on a small fire. Then add the potatoes and stew for about 12 minutes. Now we clean the skin and cut it into pieces. Onion, which is left to passivate with carrots and add a pumpkin to them , stew for about 12 minutes. Now add the white wine. 16 minutes before the end of cooking, add crushed garlic. For the preparation of this dish, it is best to use pork ribs. Ingredients:

Potatoes - 0.6 kg;

Ingredients:

Mushrooms, meat and onion put in a steamer and put out for about 20 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and saffron to them. Ready pork sprinkle with sesame seeds and leek.
