The advantage of glasses is simplicity and cheapness. They do not touch the eyes, so do not provoke eye diseases . The downside is the need to constantly wear them with very poor eyesight. If the glasses are picked up incorrectly, nervous breakdowns, headaches and fainting are possible.

Poor vision is corrected well with lenses. During the use of lenses, the size and shape of objects are not distorted, the side vision is not limited. Constant wearing of lenses can lead to irritation and reddening of the cornea, so you should always have glasses in stock.

Laser correction is a method that quickly restores sight. But after the procedure, dryness in the eyes may appear, and sometimes even a repetition of the operation is necessary.

Alternative methods include different exercises, diet, meditation, massage, etc. With their help, you can relieve tension from the eyes, but on condition that all appointments are constantly performed. This includes the perforating glasses, which reduce tension under heavy loads. But during their use the usual field of vision changes, binocular vision worsens.
