Plot and invited actors: "Turkish for Beginners" - German serial comedy

"Turkish for Beginners" is a film whose actors are practically unknown in Eastern Europe. However, after the demonstration of the comedy series in 2007 on several CIS TV channels, the names of the main actors were heard by the audience. What is the story of a multi-part film? And what actors are involved in it?

A short plot of the series

In the series "Turkish for Beginners" the actors tell the story of how 40-year-old German Doris Schneider, the mother of two teenagers, decides to come together with a man of another faith and culture - Turk Metin.

Doris has his own children from his first marriage, who differ in their uneasy character. Son Ken, despite his young age, already behaves like a notorious ladies' man, and daughter Yagmur, on the contrary, is an ardent defender of Muslim culture, keeps chastity and wears hijab. Accommodation under one roof of four absolutely different in nature teenagers does not bode well: the plot of the movie revolves around the numerous conflicts in the family, which are presented in a comedic manner.

The success of the project pushed the producers to shoot the second and third season of the series. And in 2012, Rat Pack Filmproduktion released a feature-length film on the big screens, which continued to develop the storyline of the shooting seasons.

The action of the full-length picture takes place in Thailand. Doris Schneider sends a 19-year-old daughter Lena to the exotic country with her husband's children. But the plane on which they flew, crashes. Lena Schneider is on an uninhabited island with a hated half-brother, Ken and half-sister Yagmur. What will happen is difficult to predict, because they could not find a common language at home in Germany, and in a stressful situation - even more so.

In fact, the main character of the series "Turkish for Beginners" and the film of the same name is a girl-teenager Lena Schneider. All the events taking place in the frame are accompanied by her accurate comments and comments.

Lena does not like her newly-made relatives, but she is forced to put up with the current state of affairs. Like many teenagers, the girl is tormented by various everyday issues and failures on the personal front. She tries to cope with them and find their place under the sun.

Josephine Proce, who received the role of Lena, at the time of filming in the series already knew the experienced performer, as well as other actors involved in the project. "Turkish for beginners" was for the girl is not the first large-scale TV project, because Josephine is removed from 12 years.

Eliash is a Tunisian by birth, but lives in Germany, like other actors of the series "Turkish for Beginners". In 2001, he loudly declared himself, having played an episodic role in the youth comedy "Girls from above." Then there were the shootings in the TV series "Crime scene" and "Schoolgirls". In recent years, Eliash M'Barek prefers to be shot in full-length German or Austrian cinema.
