The allergy to the sweet is the scourge of modernity?

Now the allergy to sweet has become more common than it was before. This is primarily due to the fact that in all (or almost all) confectionery, sweets and pastries, add either dyes or artificial ingredients, the composition of which causes a negative reaction of the body.

Sweets contain a large amount of carbohydrates, excessive use of which in itself harms the body. The most common allergy to the sweet is found in children who are most vulnerable in this regard. First, the child does not fully understand the harm of this kind of "overeating". Secondly, a growing organism, when it receives an excess of carbohydrates, is unable to digest them and begins to reject them. This manifests itself initially in the appearance of a rash.

Naturally, when any person uses a lot of sweets, in the list of which includes honey and milk sugar, he has an allergy to the sweet. Symptoms of this unpleasant illness are as follows: itching, redness of skin areas, hives. As a rule, rashes occur on the face, extremities and neck.

In order to choose the right treatment for a particular case of an allergy, you need to understand the cause of its occurrence. As a rule, such a reaction occurs as a result of rejection of foreign proteins (vegetable or animal origin) by the human body. Note that the mechanism of allergy is not thoroughly understood. In general, there are several effective ways that help to prevent the development of allergies and eliminate it completely. However, the very principle of allergy and the degree of its complexity are very difficult to predict.

An allergy to dessert appears quite often both in adults and in children. Sucrose, which is the basis of sugar, leads to fermentation of those food residues that have not yet been digested in the body.

There are different opinions regarding allergies to honey. It used to be that honey does not cause allergic reactions. However, modern medicine denied this. On honey, an allergic reaction occurs most often in patients with rhinitis or bronchial asthma. They are predisposed to it. One of the reasons for this allergy is antibiotics, which are used by beekeepers as a stimulant of the activity of bee colonies in the spring. Also, the factors that trigger allergies are the individual characteristics of the organism and its propensity to develop one or another allergic reaction. Sometimes there are cases of allergy to milk sugar - lactose. Often this happens in young children.

If there is an allergy to sweet, treatment should be started immediately. First of all, if you have itching, you need to sharply reduce the intake of sweets. However, it is easier to say than to do it: for many it is an impossible task. But a full-fledged treatment by refusing to take sweet is not limited. Consultation on the preparation of an individual diet will be provided only by an immunologist.

Remember that drugs basically eliminate only the appearance of allergies: itching, redness of the skin, rash. The main task is to find and eliminate the cause of the disease. And this can only be done by a doctor.

One of the modern ways to treat allergies to dessert is desensitization. It is used to prevent anaphylactic shock. Combating allergies occurs with the help of the allergen itself. As a result, the body simply accustoms to it and does not "protest" against it. However, the use of this method of treatment occurs only under the strict supervision of a physician. It is possible that the treatment will provoke the aggravation of the disease.

Remember that the allergy to sweet is curable. It is important to correctly establish the cause and fight it!
