Traumatic Colt

All available traumatic weapons can be divided into two groups: either converted from combat weapons, or manufactured similarly to combat models. The more famous the brand of a pistol or revolver, the more popular the traumatic variant.

After the end of the war (World War II), Germany organized the production of weapons intended for self-defense of the population. The firm Erma-Verke (Erfurt) produced pocket analogues of brands known at that time. One of the models was very similar to the American "Colt".

Nowadays a traumatic pistol was created on its base - the "Erma-459R" model. It is called - the traumatic "Colt 1911" - among amateurs. But for experts this is far from the case. Too many differences, even external, do not allow him to give such a definition. The "filling" of the gun is very far from the original and has nothing to do with it. In its pure form, the traumatic "Colt" does not exist.

Pneumatic model

All weapons from the Gletcher trademark are of excellent quality. Armory masters know their business and love it. Steady demand for the company's products provides a guarantee for all types of pistols and revolvers for a period of 18 months (from the date of purchase) and perfectly delivered service. It can be obtained anywhere in the world.

The pneumatic pistol "Colt 1911 Gletcher" is externally almost impossible to distinguish from the combat original. The accuracy of the model is striking, and the unique movable shutter system provides a very realistic feeling of shooting. Rate of fire, high accuracy combined with the durability of using models - these are the virtues for which Gletcher brand weapons are valued.

"Colt Gletcher 1911", like the original, is easily and conveniently held in hand, despite its massive nature. The gun is made of a quality metal alloy, there are plastic lining on the handle. In it there is a full-sized shop, the balloon is also inserted there. The pneumatic pistol "Colt 1911" is equipped with an original system of two fuses. It can be worn in an army way, when there is a cartridge in the chamber. Automatic fuse on the frame will not allow an accidental shot.

Gun characteristics:

  • Store for 19 charges;
  • The speed of the bullet (initial) is 100 meters per second;
  • Fuses: semi-automatic and automatic;
  • USM - single;
  • The bore of the trunk is smooth;
  • Overall length - 205 mm;
  • Trunk - 96 mm;
  • Weight - 900 grams;
  • Cylinder with СО 2 , volume - 12 grams (up to 70 shots);
  • Country manufacturer and brand - Taiwan, Gletcher.

Advantages and disadvantages of the pneumatic model

"Colt 1911" pneumatic has its advantages:

  • As accurately as possible repeats the combat pistol;
  • The mobile system of the shutter (blowback) strengthens the effect of the realism of the Colt;
  • High range of aiming - confident 20 meters;
  • Possible shooting with the use of a preliminary platoon (this ensures the type of USM).

Disadvantages of the model:

  • Possibly jamming during shooting;
  • When the valve moves too freely, balls can enter the gas engine;
  • The gun is best worn in the holster: if sharply to deliver the weapon from a pocket, it can be hooked on clothes.

Although the gun and the pneumatic, it is subject to certain rules of use:

  • You can shoot from it only in the places equipped for it: at shooting ranges, in shooting galleries, at rifle-hunting stands or territory, which is surrounded by a fence and there is a guarantee that the bullet will not leave its limits when a bullet is fired;
  • Transport and carry the pneumatic Colt in all settlements can only be in a covered state.

The price of such a pneumatic is serious, it can reach 300 US dollars.

Application

"Colt 1911" is still in service in some countries of the world. In the American army, separate units of special forces did not abandon the pistol, tested for reliability not for one decade.

It enjoys a strong demand among the civilian population not only in America, but also in European countries. Fans of weapons transform the "Colts" to the level of a work of art. Tuning is so original and unexpected that such weapons can just be exhibited in a museum.
