Movies about Bourne - a franchise about the CIA super agent

Not far from the coast, in the Mediterranean, Italian fishermen catch a young man with bullet wounds, who does not remember his name, nor who he is nor what happened to him. So begins the franchise of the adventures of a special agent CIA Jason Bourne (Mat Damon). Movies about Bourne, and for today they shot four, won their audience. A dynamic action about the life of a super agent, every minute on the verge between life and death, differs from the films about James Bond with its realism.

Jason Bourne bit by bit recovers his memory, trying to understand who he is and where he owns so many unique abilities that, together with excellent physical preparation, make him almost invulnerable. At first, he does not suspect that hunting has already begun, but when he gradually remembers that he was once a high-class hired killer, he realizes the full severity of his situation. Bourne's films tell us about the work of the super-killer, about Jason's confrontation with his "creators" - those who made him so, taught everything he knows, and whose orders he once unconditionally performed, and other super-agents who pursue the goal of destroying him.

The film "The Identification of Born" (directed by Doug Lyman) opens the quadrology. The CIA headquarters receives information about the failure of the operation to destroy the African leader. In order to avoid exposure and publicity threatened by the screens of Nikvan Vambrozi, the head of the project "Tredstone" orders to destroy all information related to this attempt. It's not just about documents, but about people. Among them - special agent Jason Bourne. Together with the memory and the danger that haunt the hero at every step, love comes to him. And now the mercenary must save not only himself, but also make every effort to save the life of a person close to him.

Bourne films continue the Bourne Supremacy, filmed in 2004, and The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), which talk about the future adventures of the super-killer, a CIA employee and directed by Paul Gringrass. In each of them, he is compelled not only to carry out the work assigned to him to protect the interests of the country, but also constantly struggle to save his life and those close to him. James finally finds out his real name. He is David Webb, and he has only one desire - to disappear.

The film "The Evolution of Born" (directed by Tony Gilroy), released on the screens in 2012, does not lose its sharpness and dynamism. Events in it develop parallel to the actions in the "Identification of Born". Special Agent Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner), raised in the US Defense Department's "Outcome" project, which, unlike Treadstone, used specially designed tablets to prepare spies, becomes enemy No. 1 to Jason. Performing the tasks assigned to them, super-spies lead their own game, the victory of which will be their life.

Movies about Bourne were filmed based on the trilogy of Robert Ludlum. The final film of the franchise is called the eponymous novel by Eric van Lastbader, but is not his adaptation.
