Moiseenko Evsei Evseevich never remembered when he started drawing. Born in 1916 in a family of peasants, he from an early age became accustomed to farming on hilly fields. It all left the strongest imprint in the memory of the future artist, his usual childhood, no different from the childhood of other children of his age, he remembered with special trepidation and subsequently transferred to his paintings.
