Lumila Goshko: I've been using short peptides for 5 years, and thanks to them I do not resort to steroid pharmacology

Ludmila, good morning! Thank you for taking the time to meet us. Frankly, I am your fan. I admire you and your form, tell me, when did you first come to the gym and for what purpose?

Good morning! Well, you directly embarrassed me. Thank you. In the hall the first time I came back in 1999. It now seems even unrealistic that I'm so much in sports. I came to find a sport figure. At that time it was a very popular direction for guys, and for girls - something imaginable. Since everyone is used to regular aerobics. Coach "eminent" at that time worked in the "Anet" hall. Speakers and masters of their work in different areas in sports (bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness). And I got to one of the professional coaches.

And at what age did you first come on stage as a participant in the competition?

Soon after I started, the Moscow bodybuilding champion (Mikhail Kalmykov) came to work for us. Then he noticed my natural data and offered to further develop in the sport and enter the competitive scene. So we began to prepare for him in the category of "fitness". Then I performed on juniors. And at the European and world level fitness competitions I was already at the age of 22-24. That's what I got in becoming a sport.

Where did you get your first award?

My first award I won in the category "Fitness" back in 2002 at the European Championships. I tried to do it with all my strength. And ... thanks to the coach ... Everything at us turned out very beautifully and dignifiedly.

What were the curious moments during your sports career?

In the competitive life, curiosities are not many, they are more connected with experiences. Hence all the resulting situations. Once missed the championship of Russia, due to being late for the plane: we went to the airport in the shortest way, so that there was a time reserve, but it happened so long due to traffic jams that the plane left without me.

At the World Championships there was a case when, having come from the hotel to the Sports Palace, I lost a competitive swimsuit on the way on the bus! He just dropped out of the package. Then there was no time for jokes, and the date of the appearance on the stage coincided with the date of my birthday! Apparently, everything happened here thanks to the Almighty, because our output was transferred through several categories, and I successfully found the swimsuit through all the drivers of our escort! As a result, despite all the nervous situation, I took the third place in my new category. But this birthday for me was the most memorable!

Tell us about your victories, where did you take part? I know you are now preparing for the competition, where will your start this season?

I am a master of sports of international class, I got the title of vice-champion of the world, Europe, Arnold-Classic, Diamond Cub (2016). At the moment I am preparing for the next season. To the European Championships in Spain under the name "Santa Susanna Fitness Weekend", it will be held in the city of Santa Susanna from 3 to 8 May. I'm already speaking in the category Women's Physique.

How much do you assess your chances?

I always rate my chances quite high. Since nature has endowed me with everything necessary for the relevant competitions, and I myself work very hard for this myself.

Tell us, please, about your approximate schedule - how many trainings per week, how much time is spent on them?

My weekly schedule in strength training in the hall takes 8-10 hours. If you add cardio, then it's about 6 hours. Total, up to 16 hours of training time. Of course, depending on the season of preparation or rest, the time changes slightly in one direction or the other.

Lyudmila, and I think our readers will be interested to know whether you use the farm in preparation for competitions and what exactly?

In preparing for the performance of a high level of competition (although this is not a big secret, although it is trying to hide other athletics), I use some pharmaceuticals. Of course, they are not hard and heavy testosterone preparations, as it is traced in the case of male training. But significantly improve the quality of training. Thanks to the right selection, I combine femininity and athleticism.

And what sports supplements do you use?

From sports supplements I use BCAA IPH-AGAA, L-carnitine with short peptide IPH LGA, isolated protein, energy. In the preparation of a very important BCAA. This determines the rapid recovery after training and the readiness of the muscles to take consistent requirements for them.

What an interesting phrase BCAA IPH-AGAA, tell us what it is?

At the moment I use it. Interesting. I read about long peptides, but how do long peptides differ from short peptides?

In the body, peptides are "information carriers" - they transfer biological information from one cell to another so that everything in the body functions correctly. If the cell works well, then the entire organ works well. If the cell fails, the work of the whole organ is lost, which leads to diseases.

How long do you consume short peptides? What are your personal feelings when using peptide bioregulators compared to simple amino acid preparations?

I've been using short peptides for 5 years. In sports, they help me to progress, grow, recover. And thanks to them I do not resort to steroid pharmacology, as is customary in female bodybuilding. It mutates the body in a male way.

Of course, along with peptide regulators, I use sports nutrition.

In fact, peptides are the same amino acids, more precisely the consequence of residual decay - their residues, connected by a peptide (amide) bond.

Thus, physiologically active short peptides are ubiquitous regulators of the activity of individual cells, tissues, organs and the whole organism as a whole. The discovery of these peptides is one of the "hot spots" of modern biology, a rapidly developing scientific direction.

Do not rush to achieve results without elementary sequential steps. Because the trauma will only push your progress back many steps, and in the future it will be difficult even psychologically to return to the initiated case. In sports results, the main thing is the proper diet and sleep. This will only speed up your transformation in the mirror, thanks to which you want to work more and more on the result.

Give advice to our readers, how to always be in shape?

In order to stay in shape, I advise our readers first of all to bring up discipline in their way of life. Engage in active sports, choose the right diet, use the correct and tested restorative complexes (BCAA IPH-AGAA, multivitamins, L-carnitine IPH LGA). Since they are intended not only for athletes, but also for people who monitor their health, then they will ensure a quality approach to longevity.

Sport is very good, but do you have free time? What do you like to do in these moments?

In my spare time, if I find it, I try to pay more attention to my children. And here our interests coincide. We like to visit theaters and cinema, actively rest in the fresh air (snowboard, badminton, roller skates, table tennis). Also, in bad weather we cook with them delicious and healthy dishes, Alexander's daughter simply adores!
