Larisa Luzhina: biography, filmography, photography and personal life

Popular and beloved by millions of viewers, the Soviet and Russian actress, who has been pleased for many years not only with her compatriots, but also with spectators outside our country, is Larisa Luzhina.

Childhood

Larissa was born in Leningrad on the fourth of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine. Two years later the most bloody war in the history of mankind began. Father - Anatoly Ivanovich, navigation navigator, went to defend his country, and Larisa with her mother, grandmother and elder sister Lyusya stayed in Leningrad.

Blockade

The Luzhin family survived the terrible Leningrad blockade. During this time, the elder sister was killed, the wounded father died from hunger, the grandmother could not stand the terrible tests. Only after the blockade was lifted, little Larisa Luzhina and her mother were evacuated to the Kemerovo Region.

First performances

In Kuzbass, Larissa's mother went to work for a meat-packing plant. The girl here had her first performance before the public. On New Year's holiday she read to the workers of the combine "Confession tanker" - Tvardovsky's poem. As Larisa Luzhina recalls, her performance caused tears in women, and the director took her in her arms, kissed her, and then "rewarded" with an unusually delicious chop, the smell of which she remembers so far.

Tallinn

After returning to Leningrad, it became clear that their apartment was occupied, Larisa and her mother had to move to Tallinn, where Luzhina's childhood had passed. They were sheltered by a distant relative in a tiny six-meter room.

Drama Circle

The girl attracted creativity from an early age, she liked to participate in performances, sing songs, recite poems at concerts. At school, Larissa immediately enrolled in a drama circle. I was led by Igor D. Rossomakhin, an actor of the Drama Theater. In this circle, the guys who were destined to become famous actors - Vitaly Konyaev, Igor Yasulovich, Vladimir Korenev, were engaged. The performances of the amateur troupe were shown not only on the school stage, but also on the professional stage. During this period of time she began to dream about the profession of an actress.

Unsuccessful attempt

Biography of Larisa Luzhina is inextricably linked with theater and cinema. After finishing ten classes, the future actress went to Leningrad to enter the theater high school. At the entrance examination she was offered to sing a song. The overburdened entrant tested "failed". As Luzhina Lazhina believes herself, at that moment she simply did not have enough perseverance. She did not relate herself to people who achieve their goals at any cost. She was sure that if she was told: "Do not go" - then it is not worth trying.

Work on the podium

So, the failed actress Larisa Luzhina returned to Tallinn. She got a job in the beginning at a pharmaceutical factory, soon she moved to work at the confectionery factory "Kalev". From day to day she breathed powdered sugar and put marshmallows in boxes (since then she does not eat it). Naturally, such a job for a girl who dreamed of a scene was just a way to survive, she did not bring moral satisfaction. Once Larisa Luzhina, whose photo you see in this article, accidentally saw in the newspaper an announcement about the opening of the Tallinn Model House. Of course, the podium can hardly be compared with the stage, but at that time Larissa it seemed a worthy alternative. The biography of Larisa Luzhina has changed dramatically. The girl with a height of 172 centimeters and a slender figure was quite suitable for the House of models.

Larissa and her mother lived very poorly. The girl did not have an extra dress, not to mention some expensive toilets. Therefore, when she went to the podium in fashionable and beautiful outfits, she felt like a fabulous Cinderella, caught up in a ball. And Larissa was called a "smiling model". Unlike her colleagues, who were going out with some kind of detached person, Luzhina smiled. For this it was always very warmly received and rewarded with a squall of applause.

Dreams Come True

Going to the podium, the girl imagined that she was an actress. Larisa Luzhina was just raving about the stage, and one day a miracle happened. She was invited to the film studio "Tallinnfilm" to play the tiny role of the singer in a night cabaret. The film was called "Uninvited Guests" (1959). A few months later, the director of this tape moved to permanent residence in England, and the film was banned. But probably, the actress Larisa Luzhina, whose biography was now unthinkable outside the cinema, was born under a lucky star. On the set of the film, she met a trainee from VGIK, who showed a photo of Luzhin to SA Gerasimov. From that moment, Larissa considered trainee Leyda Laius her godmother.

Sergei Appolinarievich agreed to see the girl. For this it was necessary simply to come to Moscow. But the problem was that Larisa and her mother had no money for this trip. As often happens, the situation has interfered with this situation. Quite unexpectedly Luzhin was invited to sample the film "The World of the Incomer", while Mosfilm paid for the road and the hotel. Thus, Larissa managed to get acquainted with Gerasimov. After the novice actress read to the great director the monologue of Larissa from the "Dowryless Woman", her further fate was decided - she was taken without examinations to Gerasimov's studio.

Since 1959, Larisa Luzhina is a student of VGIK. The course was very strong. Together with our heroine studied Nikolai Gubenko, Zhanna Bolotova, Galina Polsky, Zhanna Prokhorenko, Evgeny Zharikov.

The first steps in the cinema

Many people close to the cinema know that Gerasimov was very fond of filming his students. Those who for some reason did not suit him, he recommended to other talented filmmakers. Unfortunately, Larisa Luzhina was not his actress.

From the first year she was already filmed in films. This was Luba's main role in the film story "A Man Does not Give Up" (1960), a gardener in "The Man Goes for the Sun" (1961). But the greatest success was the work in the film "On the Seven Winds" (1962) by Rostotsky and Galich. For the role of Svetlana Ivashova, she was recommended by Gerasimov.

It should be said that the actress Larisa Luzhina, whose biography consists of constant experiments, recalls that the work in this film was not easy. At first she did not succeed at all. It came to the point that Rostotsky was simply frightened that the actress could not cope with the role. He showed Gerasimov all the footage and asked to replace Luzhin. Gerasimov was a great psychologist, he knew full well that this refusal could kill Larisa as an actress. And he also believed in his talented student, so he advised the director to give her more attention. Having heeded the advice of his great teacher, Rostotsky began to work a lot with the young actress. He even tried to repaint it in a blonde, in order to strengthen the correspondence to the image of Svetlana Ivashova.

Fame

After the premiere of the film "On the Seven Winds" Larisa woke up famous. The film was sent to the film festival in Cannes, where the delegation of the national cinema headed by Gerasimov, Rostotsky, Kulidzhanov, Raizman went. The actors were young Inna Gulaya and Larisa Luzhina. It was necessary to somehow solve the issue with the outfits. As a sign of respect, the Tallinn Fashion House sent Larissa two luxurious evening dresses, in which the actress shone in Cannes.

At the festival, a situation occurred, because of which Larisa Luzhina, whose biography is full of surprises, could say goodbye to her future career. At the evening reception, Larissa was invited to dance a twist. In those days, this dance in the USSR was considered to be unprincipled, and even indecent. Students VGIK, including Larissa, perfectly "mastered" him and famously danced it at their parties. But to dance a twist at a reception, and yes even abroad? The actress was reassured by Gerasimov, who said that his pupil should be able to do everything.

Returning to his homeland, Luzhin was summoned to Furtseva (the Minister of Culture). In anger, she crossed out the "guilty" actress from further trips. Again, Gerasimov came to the rescue. He came to the reception to Furtseva and said that Larissa was his apprentice and that he had allowed her to dance. After that, Luzhina visited the festival in Karlovy Vary, Sweden, Iran, Poland.

Work in Germany

After the film "On the Seven Winds", the audience watched the films with the participation of Larisa Luzhina with impatience. At this time, the German director Joachim Huebner invited her to appear in her five-part film Doctor Schlüter (1964-1966) in two roles - mother and daughter. The shooting lasted two years.

For Larisa it was a difficult time. Arriving in a foreign country, she knew only two words in German, so at first she just memorized the text, much later she began to understand what she was talking about. But it was not all the problems that arose before the actress, she needed to be naked in the frame. She was to play in some swimming trunks - an episode for the Soviet cinema unthinkable! The director managed to persuade her, removing everyone from the site, except the operator and himself.

Acquaintance with Vysotsky

After returning from Germany, the actress was waiting for a real gift of fate. Stanislav Govorukhin invited her to appear in her painting . It's about the movie "Vertical" (1966), where Luzhina was to work with the legendary Vladimir Vysotsky. His statement on this role was very difficult. Against his candidature categorically objected to the artistic council of the Odessa film studio. It was approved only after Govorukhin vowed that Vysotsky would not sing in the film. He did not keep his words, for it is unlikely that there would have been a person at that moment who could keep Vladimir, fascinated by the mountains.

The famous bard wrote some great songs that instantly scattered around the country.

Larisa Luzhina quickly became friends with Vysotsky. They had very warm relations, but they were only friendly. Vladimir Semenovich dedicated his song "She was in Paris" to her new friend.

Larisa Luzhina: personal life

Larissa first experienced love at the age of sixteen. The guy was Pavel, he studied at the nautical school of Tallinn. The guys met, went to the dance. After graduation, Pavel left for his native Irkutsk. Leaving, he presented Luzhin with a guitar and promised to write. And later the girl learned that in St. Petersburg Pavel was waiting for the bride, whom he soon married.

In the movie, Larisa Anatolievna was very lucky with partners - Vyacheslav Tikhonov, Vladimir Vysotsky, Igor Ledogorov. According to the scenarios, she was in love with all of them. However, in life she liked very different men.

Larisa Luzhina, whose husbands are creative people, tried four times to create a family. The first spouse was Alexey Chardynin (cameraman of the films "Journalist", "Do not put traps on traps", "Ivan da Marya"). Larissa met him in the second year of VGIK. A handsome, tall and very talented young man won the girl's heart almost instantly. But the young people lived only seven years - the marriage could not stand the separation, the constant travel of Larissa.

The second husband of Larisa - Valery Shuvalov (cameraman in the films "12 chairs", "Magician", "Interdevochka", etc.). To the great joy of the actress in this marriage was born a son - Paul. The family broke up when the boy was seven years old.

For the third time the union did not work either. Unlike the first two marriages, the husband was the initiator of the divorce, and this was a tragedy for Larisa Anatolievna. We can say that the personal life of the actress did not work out. With the fourth husband of the family did not work either. But at the same time Larisa Anatolevna considers herself to be a happy woman. She has an adult and successful son, a good, caring daughter-in-law, the two best grandsons. Son - an excellent recording engineer at the film studio "Mosfilm."

1966-1986

After success in the movie "Vertical" Luzhin shot a lot of the most famous filmmakers of the country. The images she created are lyrical, feminine, very charming, but also courageous and strong. The most popular of her works were roles in the films "The Main Witness" (1969), "Racers", "Gold" (1969), "Nastenka" (1973), etc.

Restructuring

In this difficult period for the whole country in the life of Luzhin came changes. It was not enough to shoot her in the cinema, the Theater of the Movie Actor was closed. However, Larisa Anatolievna managed to survive this period a little easier than many of her colleagues. Having borrowed a little money from a friend, she delivered a "Theater Anecdote" - a performance with which she toured the country a lot. It was not possible to make big money, but there was enough to live.

It was disappointing that things were really bad in the cinema. Films were practically not shot, and those that went into the rental were of very poor quality.

New Age

The situation began to stabilize after the 2000th year. The first serious work after a long stagnation was the painting "Secrets of palace coups" (2001-2003) by Svetlana Druzhinina, the role of Praskovia Dolgorukova. In the career of an actress, this is the first real costume role.

Then came the time series - "Junker" (2007), "There is no salvation from love" (2003), "Hunting for wapiti" (2005). In 2006, the premiere of the series "Love as Love" by V. Krasnopolsky. In this tape Larisa Luzhina and Sergey Nikonenko became favorites of the audience. Strict critics noted the amazing authenticity of the images they created.

Larisa Luzhina, whose films are very beloved by the audience, still works in the theater actor. She plays in the performance "Exactly at seven" and also participates in entreprises. Often viewers ask how old Larisa Luzhina is. Passport age of the actress does not matter. Everyone who has been lucky enough to communicate with her, falls under the charm of this confident, very beautiful woman. In this case, it is completely devoid of "star". She is always sincere and attentive to the interlocutor.
