Judging by the fact that the films based on Pushkin's "Queen of Spades" were shot even at the very dawn of cinema in Russia, this work is very popular among the people of art. And it's easy to shoot - you do not need bulky scenery, there are no battle scenes, but there is enough drama.

• The first production is the short film "The Queen of Spades" (1910). In the project of director Pyotr Chardynin, there is not much left of the original, only a briefly stated basis.
