Kuban State Medical University

Kuban State Medical University (KubGMU) is one of the five Russian universities working with biological material.

There was an educational institution in 1920. As a study room, a building was chosen, where at the beginning of the 20th century there was a diocesan women's school. The appearance of this university in the Krasnodar Territory was the impetus for the emergence of a talented medical community. A medical society has emerged in the city that brought together practicing doctors and professors of the Kuban State Medical University. The journal "Kuban Scientific Medical Gazette" was founded.
