Education

Klepach Andrei Nikolaevich was born in 1959, on March 4, in the city of Moscow. After school, he entered the Moscow State University, the Faculty of Economics. He claims that our country should create a center of power in the territory of post-Soviet Eurasia, combining Russia's strategic potential, Caspian energy resources and industrial assets and human capital of Ukraine. Andrei Nikolaevich believes that this union has a great future and calls figures, according to which the scale of the Russian economy will increase by more than a third. Klepach argues that Russia should be not only an economic, but also a spiritual leader in the new community of states. He calls this association "the club of friends of Russia".
