Let's boil and lay the washed rice, pour water on top (about 5 cm above the level of cereals). We mix all the ingredients, close the lid and stew until the water boils. Preparation takes 15-20 minutes. You will be surprised by the piquant taste of the dish, its exquisite aroma and low calorie content!

Pilaf with chicken, mushrooms and prunes

Products :

  • Rice cereal (500 g);
  • Fillets (300 g);
  • Champignons (200 g);
  • Prunes (10 pieces);
  • Garlic (several denticles);
  • carrot;
  • Spices at discretion.

Separately fry mushrooms, meat, onions and carrots. At the bottom of the kazan lay layers of meat, brown onions, fried carrots and mushrooms - all pour boiling water and stew for 10 minutes. Set of products :

  • Three eggplants;
  • Rice (2 cups);
  • Dried plum (20 g);
