Invincible people are people, it's back, it's us!

The whole history of the Russian state (whatever its name may be in different periods of its existence) is permeated with an unbroken chain of trials, hardships, wars. But there is no war without victory, and every Russian person, with pride for his ancestors, realizes that the words "Russia" and "victory" have always stood side by side.

Whoever comes to us with a sword will go to the ground and lie down

There is not a long period without wars in the long historical path of our homeland. Everybody came to our land to no one's laziness. The aggressors have always been attracted by the vast expanses of our fields, the wealth of our bowels, and the favorable geographic location of the country. But all of them did not take into account the main factor - the mysterious Russian soul. This factor became decisive, and it was thanks to the breadth, nobility and special features of this very Russian soul that our people triumphed in victory. Hundreds of thousands of conquerors came to our land and hundreds of thousands of conquerors remained in our land: the Baty hordes, the Polish legions, the Napoleonic regiments, the Hitler divisions ... It's difficult to remember all, but Russians honor the glorious deeds of their heroes!

Our great ancestors proved that the Russian people are invincible. Blood, then, at the cost of incredible effort and great deprivation, grandfathers and great-grandfathers forged wins in the Kulikovo field and in the steppes near Poltava; Defended Sevastopol and took Paris; With their own hands, they burned Moscow and stormed Vienna; Poured blood under Smolensk, stood to death in Brest and near Volokolamsk, finishing off the fascist beast in Berlin.

What is Invincibility?

Yes, the Russian people are invincible (proven by history). But what is it like to be an invincible people? How is this achieved, at the expense of what? If you think about it, there are several inextricably interconnected things:

  • Invincible people are people. The most ordinary, the simplest. They can relate to rulers quite differently (sometimes even negatively), may have completely different political or religious views, belong to completely different nationalities, but all stand shoulder to shoulder if it is necessary to defend their homeland. And in this unified impulse they sometimes do the impossible, defeating in spite of circumstances and common sense. Any war carries thousands of unknown exploits of these nameless heroes.

  • Invincible people are outstanding leaders and military leaders. Alexander Nevsky and Dmitry Donskoy, Ivan the Terrible, Minin and Pozharsky, Peter I and Catherine the Great, Suvorov, Kutuzov, Bagration, Nakhimov, Benckendorff, Brusilov, Budyonny, Kotovsky, Rokossovsky, Konev, Zhukov, Stalin - these and many thousands of other commanders and Rulers took the responsibility to lead people into battle and forged Victory.
  • The invincible people are the rear. When men take up arms and go to war, and their place is occupied by wives and children. Work on land, work in factories and plants, treat the wounded and care for the infirm, supply the front with everything necessary - all this exorbitant cargo falls on the fragile shoulders of the remaining. This is a very heavy responsibility, it is a huge difficulty, but if there is a strong rear, if there is much to return after the war, then the participants will necessarily return with a victory. It is proved historically!
  • Invincible people - it's us. We who are now living; We, for whose sake were all those accomplishments of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers, we are that invincible people! As long as we remember their accomplishments, until we forget their feat, as long as we understand the full value of their lives, we will not be broken by anyone, because we have a part of them.

Unity of the people

And under no circumstances should we forget that our strength is in our unity. It does not matter what kind of person this person was or what kind of person he was. Barclay de Tolly, Bagration, Benckendorff, Kappel, Bagramyan, Stalin - all of them were no less Russian than Menshikov, Nakhimov, Suvorov, Kutuzov, Samsonov, Zhukov. Because they all fought for their Motherland - for Russia. For the country in which they were born, grew up and for which they considered it an honor to fight and die. And the banner over the Reichstag was set up by Smolyan Mikhail Egorov, Ukrainian Alexei Berest and Megrel Meliton Kantaria. Remember: when the people are one, it is invincible!

Peace to you!
