  • Workflow . The system that is responsible for the turnover of documents in the enterprise, starting from the standard order and ending with the final routes and versions of the documentation used.
  • Collaboration . A system that is intended for the electronic interaction of company employees. It should be noted that in this case the interaction is not formalized, as in the case of the Workflow system, and at the same time it is not a standard archive, like EDMS.

Now you should consider each in more detail.

ECM

The ECM is the basic infrastructure, as well as the technical architecture necessary to support a single life cycle of chaotic information of various formats and types. The application of this system allows to significantly reduce costs related to maintenance and repair of equipment, which will significantly affect the stability of the products, reduce the unplanned downtime of the equipment, and ultimately also minimize the cost of production and, consequently, increase the final profit.
