How to properly arrange the price tags for the goods?

Many owners of retail stores leave the price tags for the goods without due attention. And absolutely in vain. Let's list the most common mistakes made during their design.

  1. 1. Price lists for the goods are written illegibly.

In small shops they are attached to goods, which are placed on shelves, located at a decent distance from the counter. And the name and cost of the goods are written with a pen. You can see such a price tag, only having inhuman abilities, well, or, in extreme cases, binoculars. A person, not seeing the price, tries to avoid making such a purchase and leaves the store with nothing. The same mistake is made by sellers, printing information about the product on the printer, setting the mode of saving ink. The letters are pale and not bright. The best way to decorate the program is to create price tags.

2. Poor lighting in the room.

Sometimes, when you go to a small store, you come across the fact that the price tags for the goods are very poorly lit. Read the information on the products you are interested in is simply impossible. You have to look very carefully at it, looking for the angle of inclination at which the price tag will not glow.

3. Separately hanging prices.

This is usually found in grocery stores. On the refrigerator, littered with all sorts of different goods, a pricelist of prices is attached. Of course, in principle, this is not nothing bad. It is more convenient for many to view the information on it than to look at the name of the product and the price for it under the misted glass. But! People are still accustomed to perceive the goods visually. Therefore, it is not very convenient when you first have to choose products, and then stand and for a long time look for their value. It would be much more effective if the price tag was attached to the goods, and in addition would be duplicated on the list of names.

4. A disorderly heap of price tags attached to the refrigerator wall.

This is a common mistake made in large, and not in very large, supermarkets. Here is the refrigerator with the goods neatly arranged in it. And everything is decomposed, as it should be: neatly and by assortment. But with the price tags trouble, even for a head grab! They are glued to the refrigerator wall completely disorderly, chaotic, and even covering each other. And now tell me: what does the administrators of the trading floor do that they do not see such a mistake? Do they really think that people will look and examine something? In the best case, the buyer will grab a product that will first fall into his hands, and at worst - leave, so nothing is bought.

The registration of price tags has its basic requirements, and they should not be neglected:

- written should be well and clearly visible to potential buyers.

- The price, like the name of the product, should be highlighted, but somewhat brighter.

- promotions, discounts and gifts excellently attract attention and encourage buying, so these price tags for the goods should be different from the usual ones.

Tip: be sure to go through the store and look at the price tags through the eyes of your future customers. Like? Then you will succeed!
